As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide counseling to individuals with substance use disorders, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans. The role includes facilitating individual and group therapy, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating with other professionals to support client recovery. Strong communication, assessment skills, and knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulations are essential. This position requires leading three evening groups each week and is fully onsite. Responsibilities:
Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC-T.
Compensation: This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $64,000 - $70,000 annually.
*Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.

Our clinic is unique in that we offer access to multiple treatment modalities, and work with a variety of practitioners in order to provide our patients with quality, whole-body healthcare. We are looking to hire and integrate a licensed DC to provide chiropractic services to our growing community. Utilizing chiropractic we offer services to all ages and communities, and have a large community of veterans we proudly serve.
We currently have one main level spacious room available that is already set-up for chiropractic services, close to the front desk and with ease of access for your patients. This space would be perfect for a specialized chiropractor, or a general chiropractor who likes to spend more one-on-one time with their patients.
We have multiple full-time, experienced staff and a developed infrastructure to support the growth of your practice, including insurance credentialing and billing. We also have a large amount of Veterans who we treat, as many enjoy coming to our clinic for not only chiropractic services, but for VA approved and covered massage and acupuncture services as well. We maintain a good, smooth working relationship with the VA, and employ an experienced insurance coordinator to keep authorizations continuous and uninterrupted. In addition to our veterans, we can help you get credentialed with many other insurance companies. Once credentialed, we expect your practice to grow fast.

Inland Empire Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Intensive Home-Based Services provides comprehensive services including Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) services, mental health services, and support services for at-risk children and their families.
*This is a GREAT opportunity for newly licensed professionals including LMFT, LCSW or LPCC!* The TBS Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the TBS and mental health programs. The position will conduct mental health and TBS supplemental assessments for at-risk children and their families and is responsible for coordination of treatment planning for TBS staff. The TBS Supervisor will also collaborate with the client’s caregivers, biological parents, teachers, etc., to maintain an interdisciplinary team approach for treatment purposes.
*TBS Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:*
* Conduct Therapeutic Behavioral Supplemental Medical Necessity and Level of Care Assessments, in addition to using clinical judgment, to determine the proper clinical care, treatment, and services for all TBS clients.
* Conduct 30-day/quarterly reviews of all TBS cases, including all necessary paperwork, to ensure clients are provided with proper clinical care, treatment, and services according to medical necessity.
* Conduct and participate in ICC meetings for clients.
* Conduct individual and family therapy, as assigned.
* Document all client contacts in the electronic record.
* Review TBS progress notes.
* Coordinate services with the educational needs and objectives of the local school.
* Collaborate with client's caregivers, biological parents, CSWs, other community agencies, social workers, teachers, medical doctors, psychiatrists, law enforcement, probation department, and case managers for an interdisciplinary team approach.
* Ensure full participation of the family in the development and implementation of service strategies when appropriate.
* Coordinate service delivery with county agencies, families, primary caregivers, significant others, and local schools.
* Ensure the health and safety of all clients.
* Ensure program complies with all federal, state, county and school district regulations.
* Complete required RUBHS enrollment paperwork, BHS paperwork and TBS paperwork, as well as maintain all deadlines.
* Attend weekly supervision with the Clinical Administrator.
* Attend team meetings, applicable county meetings, all monthly staff meetings, and any other training required.
* Conduct training for staff and clients as needed.
* Perform any other duties as assigned.
*The Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Supervisor shall possess:*
* Master’s degree in a mental health-related field of study; *AND*
* Currently licensed in the State of California as a LMFT, LCSW or LPCC.
* Ability to handle crisis situation and consistently meet required deadlines.

Severe mental illness affects over 15 million adults in the United States. Schizophrenia. Schizoaffective disorder. Bipolar I. Treatment-resistant depression. These are the conditions the rest of healthcare has systematically failed to build for.

The Role
We are hiring a Psychiatrist (PT) to join our clinic opening in Orange, CA. You would be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering personalized, compassionate, high-quality care for individuals with SMI.
What You'll Do
Provide behavioral healthcare management to Amae Health patients; monitor and manage care through an array of treatment modalities as patients progress through phases of recovery
Develop individualized treatment plans during the engagement and stabilization phase, focused on specific psychosocial and medical needs that might limit recovery
Provide continuous, regular consultations as patients navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually
Liaise with patient care teams and collaborate with behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to care
Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of social determinants of health
What You'll Have
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist, with a CA license and DEA that are active, unrestricted, and in good standing
In possession of or willing to obtain Clozapine REMS certification and Medicaid enrollment if needed
Prior experience with mental health and/or addiction issues; familiarity with the medical, mental health, and social service systems in the Orange County area
Holistic perspective on health and understanding of patient rights
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a wide range of settings with people from diverse backgrounds
Comfort working one-on-one or in group settings; strong coaching and negotiation skills

Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. JOB SUMMARY
General Description: Responsible for providing a wide range of mental health services to families with children that have emotional disturbances requiring intensive intervention using family and group treatment methods.
Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for the evaluation and diagnoses of recipients. Provide services for families with children, within the home and the community, that have emotional disturbances requiring intensive intervention. Provide crisis intervention at the appropriate settings. Provide individual, mental, family and group therapy based on the person centered
plan and best practice standards. Other responsibilities include case management, consultation, and education. Provide consultation and coordination of services with other community agencies such as the Family Court and The Department of Human Services. Requires the ability to work with multiple agencies to facilitate community treatment plans and to work without direct supervision. Stays current with professional credentialing and knowledge base within scope of practice. Participate in staff meetings, committees and professional development activities. May be required to serve children aged 0 to 3.

This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals receiving intrathecal pain or spasticity management therapy in the comfort of their homes, or in a clinic setting.
*You will have the ability to maintain your own schedule while traveling within the area (up to, but not limited to 180 miles). This is a full-time, permanent position that operates Monday-Friday. Potential for 1 day/week in a clinic setting.*
*Key Responsibilities*
· Administer and manage intrathecal pump therapy for patients with chronic pain or spasticity.
· Perform pump refills, reprogramming, and troubleshooting in coordination with prescribing providers.
· Educate patients and caregivers on medication regimens, pump function, and signs of adverse reactions or infection.
· Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.
· Document all care activities, assessments, and communications accurately and in a timely manner in electronic medical records.

Position Highlights
* Provide comprehensive prosthodontic care including crowns, bridges, implant restorations, full-mouth rehabilitation, and complex restorative cases

Qualifications
