We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Florida Licensed * *Nurse Practitioner * to join our premier Med Spa team. This is a rare paid internship for a licensed Florida Nurse Practitioner who wants to break into the aesthetic injector industry — and get paid from day one to learn it.
Most aesthetic roles either ask you to already be a top injector with your own book, or offer "experience" without real pay. This one does the opposite: you show up Friday and Saturday, train directly with our Lead Practitioner on real patients.
*Why this role is different*
* Paid from the start. Guaranteed — no commission math, no "build your own book," no unpaid on-call.
* Real mentorship, not a video library. You'll be trained one-on-one by our Lead Aesthetic Practitioner on our signature treatment protocol.
* Part-time, high-value schedule.
* A clear growth path. Interns who perform well move into senior injector roles with expanded scope and advanced training (Botox and other modalities) earned over time.
* A defined playbook. You're not improvising. Our aesthetic program is structured — you'll know what to do on day one.
Pay: $250.00 - $350.00 per day
Benefits:
* Employee discount
* Flexible schedule

...this may be exactly what you've been waiting for.
*Who We're Looking For*
You're the kind of clinician who...
* Thinks like an owner.
* Loves solving problems.
* Builds relationships naturally.
* Sees opportunities instead of obstacles.
* Wants to grow a business while delivering exceptional patient care.
* Gets energized by creating systems, mentoring others, and helping a practice become the best in its market.

That means you'll have the opportunity to help shape:
* Clinic culture
* Community partnerships
* Referral relationships
* Clinical standards
* Hiring and mentorship
* Growth strategy

That means:
* One-on-one patient care
* No double-booking expectations
* One-hour evaluations
* Approximately 12 patients per day
* Clinical autonomy
* Quality over quantity
* A collaborative, mentorship-driven environment
Because exceptional care starts with clinicians who aren't burned out.

We invest heavily in our people because we expect them to help us build the future.
Our team enjoys:
* Competitive salary plus performance incentives
* Leadership growth opportunities
* Unlimited Continuing Education reimbursement with no cap
* 100% reimbursement for residency and Board Certification programs
