This is a *state of the art* office, with a CBCT, Pano, 5Ds and iTero scanners, & lasers. They also have a *wonderful and tenured team* to help support the dentist. The office has a mix of around 50% PPOs, 25% HMOs and 25% Medicaid.
An experienced dentist can expect to earn between *250K and 350K per year* *(or more) *depending on procedures performed. They are offering 35% of collections as well as *partnership track* if interested in buying in. Buying in isn't required but it is a *unique opportunity* to be a partner of a growing private group.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients’ oral health.
* Perform dental extractions, general dentistry procedures, and oral surgeries as needed.
* Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and preferences.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record keeping.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
* Stay updated on advancements in dental techniques and technologies.

Position Summary
The Picuris Pueblo Health Clinic is seeking a dependable and compassionate *Radiologic Technologist* to provide diagnostic X-ray services to patients of the Picuris Pueblo community.
The Radiologic Technologist will work closely with healthcare providers and clinic staff to provide safe, accurate, and timely diagnostic imaging while maintaining a respectful, patient-centered, and culturally appropriate environment.
Essential Duties
* Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures as ordered by healthcare providers.
* Prepare and properly position patients for imaging procedures.
* Operate radiologic equipment safely and effectively.
* Follow radiation safety procedures and applicable standards.
* Obtain quality diagnostic images for provider interpretation.
* Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.

Interpret and fill drug orders.
Provide patient information and counseling.
In the absence of store Pharmacist-In-Charge/Pharmacy Manager, may be required to act as the alternate store leader, responsible for managing ongoing functions of the pharmacy.
Contact and confer with physicians regarding questions or irregularities on prescriptions.
Dispense prescriptions, compound, and prepare I.V. admixtures (if applicable).
Monitor drug therapy for contraindications, interactions, allergies and appropriateness.
Maintain patients’ medication records.
Maintain inventory and records of controlled drugs and other drugs as required by law.
Supervise pharmacy technicians in routine performance of their duties.
Provide drug information to professional staff and patients as necessary.
Participate in inventory control programs such as ordering, inventorying and monitoring correct pricing and quantities.
Attend and participate in programs, committees, meetings, and functions as required by the facility or pharmacy.
Participate in educational programs for professional staff as necessary.

Serves as part of a team of correspondence colleagues at a PBS location responsible for sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, performing address updates, and scanning documents into the document imaging system. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Collects, organizes and scans patient and insurance correspondence, insurance vouchers/explanation of benefits and other relevant documentation into Onbase or similar application based on the Health Ministry.
Conducts appropriate indexing with PNC Correspondence into correct folders within Onbase or similar application, redacts and indexes correspondence to multiple accounts within OnBase as needed.
Sorts and date-stamps all incoming correspondence (fax, email, postal mail), distributing correspondence to appropriate resources in a timely, accurate manner.
Reviews all returned mail, researches and corrects the information (name and address) in the patient accounting system as appropriate. Updates the mailing envelope with the correct information and resubmits for mailing.
Assists in large copy and mail productions. Sorts outgoing correspondence to ensure cost effective postage.
Provides support for the Billing & Follow-Up teams by printing UB04’s and sends medical records by Certified Mail.
Unpacks and stocks supply orders that arrive to the Patient Business Service Center, keeps inventory on a routine basis regarding supplies and envelopes, follows appropriate process for reorder.
May prepare special reports as directed by the manager to document billing and follow-up services (e.g., Incoming correspondence volume, returned mail status, document imaging status, etc.).
May serve as relief support, if the work schedule or workload demands assistance to departmental personnel. May also be chosen to serve as a resource to train new employees. Cross training in various functions is expected to assist in the smooth delivery of departmental services.
