* Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with diabetes and related conditions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management (e.g., insulin, oral agents, GLP-1s)
* Monitor and adjust therapies based on clinical data, including labs, CGM, and SMBG results

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in our Transitional Care practice, you’ll work collaboratively with additional providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience at our North Shiloh Clinic and other skilled nursing facilities within the Billings, MT community.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
