Mostly 4-Day Workweek
*Approximately 32 hours per week*
*Monday–Thursday:* 7:20 AM–5:30 PM
Patient care is generally scheduled from *8:00 AM–5:00 PM*.
*Occasional Friday:* 7:20 AM–2:30 PM
Friday needs are occasional and are expected to decrease as the practice becomes fully staffed.

This is *not an accelerated, race-the-clock hygiene environment*.
The practice wants its hygienists to have appropriate time to provide comprehensive care, document findings, identify and treat periodontal disease, educate patients, and develop long-term patient relationships.
You'll have access to:

The practice is open to mentoring a *new graduate* who is dependable, eager to learn, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.
An experienced hygienist who regularly works with the practice can also provide additional mentorship and support as you grow in your role.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
* Preventive hygiene care
* Periodontal assessment and treatment
* Scaling and root planing (SRP)
* Pano, BWX, FMX and PA radiographs
* Local anesthesia
* Patient education
* Thorough clinical documentation
* Sterilization support as needed

* Holds an active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
* Is comfortable administering local anesthesia
* Is dependable and team-oriented
* Takes pride in providing thorough patient care
* Values proper periodontal diagnosis and treatment

Responsibilities:
Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist
Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning
Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
Take and review digital radiographs
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment plans
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
Partner with dentists and team members to provide outstanding patient experiences
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
