Shodair is seeking a compassionate, creative, and team-oriented CSCT Therapist to join our team at Kessler Elementary School. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your clinical expertise directly into a school setting and help children and families build the skills they need to thrive.

What You’ll Do

As a CSCT Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioral health of students. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, while helping identify family dynamics and patterns that may contribute to a student’s behavior and overall well-being.

You’ll also:

Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, families, and other members of the treatment team
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide assessment and therapeutic interventions tailored to each student’s needs
Serve as an integral member of the student’s treatment team
Provide therapeutic learning and support during summer programming
Help create a positive, supportive environment where students can develop confidence and succeed

Starting salary: $63,398.40 for unlicensed candidates
Starting salary: $69,264.00 for licensed candidates

Requirements:

Education, Training & Experience

Master’s degree from an accredited program in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related field
Two years of experience working with children who have emotional or behavioral challenges is preferred
Training and/or experience providing individual, group, and family therapy

Certification/Licensure

Current Montana candidate-level license (PCLC, SWLC, etc.)
Eligible for licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of Montana
Actively working toward full Montana licensure in accordance with the requirements of the Montana Board of Behavioral Health
