*Required Qualifications:*
* Active *BCBA® certification* and state licensure (if required).
* Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
* Reliable transportation.
* Clear background check.
*Bonus Points:*
* Experience supervising and mentoring *Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT®).*
* Proficiency in assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AIM, PEAK).
* Skills in caregiver education.
* Hands-on experience with autistics.
* Creative, solution-focused approach to treatment plans.
