We are seeking a friendly motivated BCBA! BOTH FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE! FULL-TIME IS SALARY AND PART TIME HAS THE OPTION FOR SALARY OR HOULRY PAY!
*Spanish speaking a plus, not required!*
We do not value profit over quality of care at Vivid Minds, and we take pride in deeply caring for all of our employees. Caseloads will remain small, and required billables will never be higher than 25 per week. We value life-balance and happiness at Vivid Minds.
Please note, most cases will be between the hours of 2-7pm on a weekly basis, but morning hours are absolutely available as indirect, and Parent consultation which counts are part of the weekly billable.
*Duties*
* Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the integrity of medical records.
* Oversee research data collection initiatives to support evidence-based practices in patient care.
* Provide guidance and support in applied behavior analysis for children with behavioral health needs.
* Foster relationships with community stakeholders, including schools and healthcare providers, to enhance service outreach.
* Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
* Ensure staff training on terminology, special education needs, and best practices in patient care.
* meet billable requirements of 25 per week
* Collaborate with the scheduling department
* Provide Supervision/training to BIs/RBTs
* Provide Supervision/training to Mid Level Supervisors
* Conduct FBAs
* Complete Progress Reports
* Conduct Vineland Assessments
* Program Management
* Parent Consultation
* Data Collection
* Drive to client homes or clinic
*Qualifications*
* BCBA Certification
* Master's degree in ABA or related field
* Driver's license
* Strong understanding of medical terminology and experience with medical records management.
* Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
* Experience in research data collection
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
* A passion for working with children and enhancing their quality of life through effective care strategies.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.
