What you will do:
Provides patient focused customer service.
Performs outpatient & / or inpatient registration & insurance verification functions.

- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

What the ICU Manager will do:
- Responsible for the overall management of the department’s daily operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal productivity, and patient satisfaction goals and objectives. Ensures that care is provided through individual attention and holistic care while meeting each patient and family’s specific needs that promote the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the patient.
- Shows initiative and creativity in problem solving through active collaboration with members of the health care team, sees what needs to be done, brings it to the attention of individual(s) who can get it done, or independently does it without being asked or told.

Position Purpose
As a valued member of Trinity Health At Home, the Homecare Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, paraprofessional care to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with physician orders. Guided by the state Nurse Practice Act and agency standards, you will support clients with essential daily care, promote safety and comfort, and help them maintain dignity and independence in their home environment.
What You Will Do
Deliver personal care services such as bathing, grooming, skin care, dressing, toileting, transferring, and ambulation following the RN‑developed care plan.
Assist with household tasks including meal planning and preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, laundry, and bed‑making.
Measure and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as ordered.
Support therapy services by performing assigned range‑of‑motion exercises and other simple procedures.
Assist clients in self‑administration of medications as assigned and documented by the RN (CNA does not administer medications).
Provide support with medical equipment such as wheelchairs, side rails, and footstools to ensure safety.
Perform personal care services such as changing ostomy appliances or external catheter care per the care plan.
Report changes in client condition or incidents immediately to the supervising RN.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and collaborate with schedulers to ensure an up‑to‑date care schedule.
Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and ongoing skill development and training.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Completed a federally compliant CNA or aide training program and passed a competency evaluation.
At least one year of experience as an aide in home care, hospice, or institutional care.
Meets agency hiring criteria, including professional references.
Ability to work independently while maintaining professional relationships with clients and families.
Commitment to maintaining skills and adhering to agency policies, Code of Ethics, and Compliance Program.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

In support of the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Finance, supports the direction and development of the long-term organizational financial strategy and operations. The Manager of Finance is responsible for oversight of the Senior Financial Analysts. Manager will be responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing complex financial and accounting concepts or techniques to support financial planning and control as well as providing financial business development, analytical services and recommendations that influence sound business decisions, enable delivery of business objectives and guide long-term business planning choices within West Michigan sites, divisions or at the organizational level.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Preferred: Master’s degree

Broad based experience knowledge of finance, business planning, cost accounting/service line analysis and budgeting normally obtained over five to eight years of progressive financial experience. Strong track record of working successfully with members of the Senior Leadership Team, operations, management and staff.
Preferred: Five (5) years financial analysis experience; experience in a health care organization.
What the Finance Manager will do:
Leadership and Management Responsibilities – Manages assigned staff – hiring, training, supervision, evaluation, disciplining and terminations; Ensures that policy is followed, procedures are updated and supports Finance training efforts for the organization.
Manages the work of assigned staff including monitoring staff competencies, hiring of new staff, orientation of new assignments, developing goals and objectives, conducting annual performance appraisal and the utilization of performance resolution process when needed.
Ensures consistent, efficient, and timely month-end reporting.
Monitors proper reporting for department financials and provides guidance to staff and recommendations to leadership on allocations.

Performs the day-to-day correspondence activities within the Hospital and/or Medical Group revenue operations ($3-5B NPR) of a Patient Business Services (PBS) location. Serves as part of a team of correspondence colleagues at a PBS location responsible for sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, performing address updates, and scanning documents into the document imaging system. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provides support for the Billing & Follow-Up teams by printing UB04’s and sends medical records by Certified Mail.
Unpacks and stocks supply orders that arrive to the Patient Business Service Center, keeps inventory on a routine basis regarding supplies and envelopes, follows appropriate process for reorder.
May prepare special reports as directed by the manager to document billing and follow-up services (e.g., Incoming correspondence volume, returned mail status, document imaging status, etc.).
May serve as relief support, if the work schedule or workload demands assistance to departmental personnel. May also be chosen to serve as a resource to train new employees. Cross training in various functions is expected to assist in the smooth delivery of departmental services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Meets Health System Code of Conduct Standards including interpersonal communication, professional conduct expectations, and compliance with core values.
Develops the five-year quality, patient safety, risk management and care management strategic plan and the annual operations plan, then monitors and directs regional, hospital and medical group performance to the plans.
Develops consistent strategies for the system quality and focused approach to improving quality and value for the system strategic five-year plan. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant clinically related doctoral degree, MD or DO with board certification in specialty. An unrestricted licensure, or ability to be licensed, in the state of Michigan required.

Education:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Reads and interprets physician's medication orders, assists with filling, processing and dispensing of medications, re-packages and labels medication, including bulk supplies, with final check performed by a pharmacist.
Maintains cleanliness and aseptic technique while following established departmental compounding practices and procedures when mixing intravenous admixtures including IVPBs, large volume parenterals, and total parenteral nutrition, if necessary. Prior to performing drug preparation proven competency while working aseptically in a horizontal or vertical laminar (biological safety cabinet) flow hood using aseptic technique is required. Adheres to USP 797/USP 800 Guidelines.
Delivers controlled substances and other medications to nursing units' automated medication dispensing cabinets (ADC). Delivers other medication, IV solutions and all necessary forms throughout the hospital on a regularly scheduled basis to patient care areas.
Prepares medications and subsequently loads and unloads medication into ADC with appropriate bar code scanning. Fills inventory needs for nursing unit ADCs, non-cabinet stock, and fills unit dose drawers by placing the proper drugs in the bins according to the computerized patient profile.
Supports the drug inventory process including rotation and restocking of drug dispensing areas with drugs and supplies needed to process patient medication orders. Ensures the maintenance of a clean and orderly work area.
Answers phones according to established phone etiquette and directs calls to the proper personnel. Determines when phone calls or emergency situations need to be referred to a pharmacist.
Completes nursing unit inspections, as assigned. Restocks crash cart trays and OCMCA boxes etc., as required in a timely manner. Alerts the pharmacists or pharmacy management of any discrepancies.
Fills controlled substance orders and reconciles all discrepancies on a daily basis. Reports any discrepancies to the pharmacist or pharmacy management as appropriate. Monitors any unusual activity for potential drug diversion.

• Performs all cleaning functions involved in daily general cleaning and maintaining of patient rooms, operating rooms and ancillary areas, patient related areas, and departmental general areas following the system’s ten steps of cleaning as defined in the Environmental Services Department Manual.

• Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations per CDC, OSHA, the EPA, Joint Commission and policies, procedures and standards necessary for role.
• Follows all isolation procedures in isolation and contact plus rooms
• Detail clean vents, fan fixtures, tops of windows, door frames, wall art, bumpers, furniture and other areas as necessary
• Cleans public areas; lobbies, waiting rooms, rest rooms, elevators, utility rooms, exam rooms, offices, stairwells, and other areas assigned
• Collects and replaces all sharps and black pharmacy box containers in patient care areas.
