SUMMARY:
Provides pharmaceutical care to customers of Saint Alphonsus Nampa Medical Center. The Nampa Pharmacy Team provides a supportive, mentoring environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required. Residency preferred. Must be licensed as a Pharmacist with the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy.
Six months of hospital, inpatient experience preferred.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills to competently care for all assigned age groups. Ensures the accuracy of documenting services and supplies provided to the patients.
- Reviews patient history incorporating various pharmacy activities providing customers with adequate education for optimum outcomes.
- Prepares pharmaceutical products for patients’ use by safe and cost-effective methods using acceptable professional standards. Comprehends and supports quality assurance and risk management issues.
- Participates in various departmental duties; material resource management, clerical and financial responsibilities, safety, and other issues.
- Supervises technicians and pharmacy support staff. Excellent communication skills. Adaptable to institutional roles and schedules.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Clinical Dietitian - for an inpatient, PRN position at our Nampa Medical Center.
In this position you will play a key role in helping patients build the knowledge and confidence to manage their condition effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a clinical setting and is committed to improving health outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care.
What will you do:
Our ideal candidate will complete nutrition assessments, monitor nutrition care plans, interact with the interdisciplinary team members, and serve as a nutrition resource for our patients. Floors included ICU, CMU and Medicine units.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, or related field required.
- Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Must be licensed in state of employee’s primary work location within 90 days of hire.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of clinical nutrition experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in an electronic health record.

Position Highlights and Benefits:
- Schedule Information: This is a full-time benefited position working on day shift (4-10s: 7am-5:30pm or 3-12s: 7am-7:30pm). Department orientation typically features 5 8-hour shifts to start.
- On Call Requirements: Main OR CSTs are on-call for two to four 12-hour weekend call shifts every 6-week period and are required to meet a 30-minute response time if called in. Weekday call (Monday-Friday) is not required.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the NBSTSA or as a Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) by the NCCT required .
- Basic Life Support for healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
What You Will Do:
- Demonstrates knowledge of cautery safety (grounding pad and cautery use during procedure).
- Recognizes breaks in aseptic technique and takes immediate corrective action.
- Demonstrates equipment checks to assure proper functioning.
- Updates and reviews surgeon preference cards.
- Able to gown and glove other members of the perioperative 'sterile' team.
- Able to gown and glove self through use of closed and open method.
- Able to independently function in at least one other specialty area.
- Anticipates and prioritizes surgeon needs. Communicates with RN Circulator to obtain needed resources. LPNs may function under the Nurse Practice Action with RN supervision.
- Responsible for technical equipment and supplies (e.g., inventory, usage, organization, maintenance in own specialty area).
- Trouble-shoots equipment within own specialty to bring to resolution.
- Independently manages instrument, sponge and sharp counts for all procedures in specialty areas and all procedures assigned outside of specialty.
- Assists and/or follows direction of the RN Circulator to set up a room and obtain equipment, etc.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 800+ provider multispecialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for an APP, to be part of the SAMG Comprehensive Pain & Spine Service. The Service is seeking an APP to practice primarily within the Boise Hospital serving the local area. The qualified candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a traditional Comprehensive Pain & Spine clinic, including medication management, clinic interventions, referral, and physician procedure work up as well as follow up/post op visits. The well-qualified candidate will also commit to and demonstrate a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care and high levels of compassion for this vulnerable population.

Data will be collected from a variety of sources and recorded into trial specific databases, while simultaneously addressing and amending ongoing data queries from previously reported data. Attention to detail with proven organizational skills across multiple projects is of critical importance to ensure accuracy and integrity of reported data. The position assumes responsibility for coordinating and facilitating all study specific audits and serves as the primary point of contact for data management needs, process and procedure. Effective communication across entirety of research team and external collaborators is necessary to maintain successful collaboration amongst all individuals. Supports clinical research coordinators with regulatory tasks as needed and in accordance with licensure and competency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and recent experience.
- Experience in clinical patient care setting with demonstrated proficiency in oncology specific medical terminology and confidence in EPIC navigation. Medidata Rave experience is preferred.
- Prior clinical research or data management experience at the site level, or within the industry, is preferred.

You will work in the ICU provide care in a 21 bed unit to a mixed patient population needing critical care. This is a fast paced, high-pressure environment that will care for some of the area’s highest acuity patients needing neuro, medical, surgical and trauma care.
Schedule: This is a full-time position. 3 days per week, hours from 7pm-7:30am. Must be flexible to work a varied schedule that consists of weeknights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- You will perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients under the direction and supervision of the RN.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maintain a current Nurse Apprentice application on file with the Idaho State Board of Nursing required
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.

We are seeking a full time, Night shift RN to join our Nampa Birkeland Maternity Center!
As a Labor & Delivery Nurse with Saint Alphonsus, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other dedicated professionals in a role that has profound impact on an individual, family, and community level. More About The Position:
Located at our Medical Center off I-84 and Garrity Blvd in Nampa, Idaho, our Nurses work in our beautiful Birkeland Maternity Center, proving both Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care, depending on patient census. Shifts on this unit are typically 7pm-7am or 7am - 7pm. PRN employees are expected to cover at least 3 shifts a month but can take more as available and desired.
Unit Highlights
- Average of 100 deliveries each month
- 20 private LDRP suites
- 2 OR's
- 4 NICU beds (Level II, 34 weeks to term)
RNs working this unit will be expected to take shifts in both the Boise and Nampa Family Maternity Units as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior nursing experience desired, preferably in LDRP
- Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho prior to hire date. If multistate license, must establish residency with Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days of hire.
- Must provide licensure or proof of application in the state of Oregon for RN license within 90 days of hire
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification
- ACLS and NRP required or obtained within six months of hire date
- PALS, STABLE and NCC-EFM certifications required or obtained within one year of hire date

What You Will Do:

- Prepares patient rooms, exam rooms and patient support areas for new patients including disinfection, bed making, floor care, and supplies replenishment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
