Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment. Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing. Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous security or military experience preferred but not required.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
- Must have active driving privileges. If, during the course of employment, driving privileges change or colleague receives a driving citation, the colleague is required to notify their supervisor and/or HR.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain a secured environment in disasters, fires and/or bomb threats.
- Interact daily with public regarding safety, visitor control, thefts, and any security problems that might arise.
- Confront strangers and either directs them to the proper area or escorts them off the medical center campus.
- Conducts package inspection and checks property leaving the facility for proper authorization.
- Reports vulnerable situations, hazards, and/or equipment malfunctions to the proper department or persons for corrective action.
- Checks employee and service personnel for proper I.D.
- In order to protect patients, visitors, and staff, Security staff may be required to physically restrain a person with the amount of force necessary for the protection of all persons involved in a combative situation.
- Operates motor vehicle, two-way radio, camera, and electronic surveillance equipment and demonstrates basic computer skills.

Surgical Supply Coordinator: Responsible for the oversight of inventory, purchasing & management of surgical materials / supplies. Provides overall surgical equipment support at the site of assignment, including equipment maintenance, processing, troubleshooting & training. Monitors inventory or supplies for shortages & provides guidance to optimize & / or improve inventory performance using available reports & tracking noncompliance; Participates in continuous surveillance, rounding or monitoring for safety & promotes professional accountability for effective levels of practice & education.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; Meets requirements for applicable state(s) of engagement; At least five (5) years of experience in sterilization & instrumentation & surgical & / or materials / supply chain experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (EDP) related systems; Nationally recognized specialty certification according to assignment area (e.g., CSPDT (CBSPD) or CRCST (HSPA)).
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
Additional certification in at least one of the following:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy required.

- Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable State, Federal and local requirements.
- Work directly with the clinics to resolve customer problems involving pricing, supply and delivery.
- Address recalls in a timely manner and reports outcomes to the Pharmacy Manager.
- Serves as a resource regarding history reports for miscellaneous drugs and drug orders.
- Master technology related to inventory management including new hardware and programs.
- Communicate purchasing initiative to all sites in a timely manner and provide analysis of purchasing initiative by site.
- Monitors purchasing records for each 340B participant; clearly documents utilization, savings, problem areas, and exceptions or discrepancies. Relays results to pharmacy leadership and administration
- Manages purchasing, receiving, and inventory control processes.
- Continuously monitors product min/max levels to effectively balance product availability and cost-efficient inventory control.
- Routinely monitors utilization records and 340B purchasing accounts to ensure that software or tools are working properly.
- Ensures the effective delivery and distribution of pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical products as they relate to 340B.
- Ensures compliance with regulations related to 340B purchasing.
- Works with 340B analysts.
- Maintains clinic and floor stock billing.
- Provides monthly wholesaler reports (e.g., 80/20, Price Changes, Compliance)
- Communicates wholesaler price updates.
- Provides reports as requested regarding inventory levels of critical medications.

What you will do:
Our ideal candidate, under the general direction of the supervisor, collects blood samples, correctly identifies patients, transports specimens and performs all related clerical and computer functions. This includes lab orders and supplies, lab Schedule, monthly and daily QC, and assist clinical staff.
As a Phlebotomy Tech at Saint Alphonsus Health System, you will perform the manual tasks involved with registering, ordering, proper collection, labeling, processing, and distribution of specimens for laboratory testing from patients of all ages. You will be responsible for utilizing relevant computer programs and perform data entry. You'll serve as the central communication of the laboratory for all incoming requests as well as maintaining quality and quantity of specimens sent to reference laboratories and the reporting of results received.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Experience in phlebotomy in a hospital setting preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensure as a registered pharmacist by the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy.

- Membership in the ASHP or other professional memberships preferred.
- Certification through ASHRM Training Program preferred.

- You will support clinical staff at the unit level by performing clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination.
- You will perform various nursing care services and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients, as those of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) under the direction and supervision of the licensed nurse.
