Organization:
PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation ALDPosition Overview:
Organizes and coordinates the overall operation of the clinical laboratory phlebotomy and processing area, including staffing and work assignments of the phlebotomists, laboratory assistants, and interns. Directs, implements and updates policies, procedures and protocols to streamline workflow, improve efficiency, and strengthen blood borne pathogen protection/safety measures. Ensures the timely delivery of accurate phlebotomy procedures and oversees the efficient maintenance and operation of all laboratory equipment. Serves as the liaison between phlebotomy laboratory and staff, physicians, patients, family and other hospital staff. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.Job Description:

EDUCATION:

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
4 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Demonstrated specialized expertise in standard phlebotomy principles, procedures, views, and equipment related to handling of biological specimens.
Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, biology, and medical terminology.
Possess written and verbal communications skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences, including non-medical people.
Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadline.
General knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and related information systems (laboratory (LIS), electronic health records (EHR), and EPIC.
Prioritize and delegate assignments based on experience, procedures, policies, and best practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Work autonomously, as well as be part of the team, including accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions.
Identify and analyze data to solve problems that arise with little or no precedent.
Analyze workflow/processes and propose improvements or solutions that improve the efficiency of the team.
Ensure the privacy of each patient’s protected health information (PHI).
Build collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare providers to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.

Position Summary
The Patient Services Representative (PSR) is an excellent opportunity at MultiCare to support our Lab Services. In this role, you will be responsible for patient registration and order entry, phlebotomy, and specimen processing. You may also be responsible for specimen pick-up in offices, report sorting and delivery, supply delivery, and other tasks related to the operation of the specific location.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Current Medical Assistant-Certified, Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy Certification, or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible - must complete the training and submit application within 90 days of hire
- Completion of phlebotomy course or training preferred
- Phlebotomy experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

Job Summary:
As a Surgical Technician, you use your knowledge of anatomy, patient needs and departmental procedures to prepare for and manage surgical cases at ProMedica.
You will ensure sterile field integrity by using aseptic techniques and addressing any breaks in sterile technique quickly.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is the core of ProMedica’s world-class patient care team. CT/XRAY Technologists make a significant difference in a patient’s care at ProMedica’s free-standing emergency departments. Delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging allows providers to make informed decisions regarding patient treatment and management.
You will work with the radiologist and other members of the team to deliver high-quality care and support our patients.
In this role, you will use computerized tomography equipment by selecting proper technical factors based on age, size, weight and anatomical differences and general health status of patients.
Under the direction of a physician, you will demonstrate your knowledge and ability to administer and document contrast and IV contrast. You will also use proper radiation protection and age-appropriate immobilizers to produce high-quality CT scans.

POSITION PURPOSE
Registered Nurse to support the Nuclear Medicine department within Radiology.
Nuclear medicine is an advanced imaging technique that detects and treats health conditions at a cellular level. This technique uses small amounts of radioactive materials to find diseases early, attack certain tumors or plan your treatment.

Livingston is open M - F, Ann Arbor seven days a week.
Scheduled primarily at Trinity Health Livingston (Brighton, MI) but must be willing / able to also support our Ann Arbor Nuclear Stress Labs covering a PTO or Weekends.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide nursing care, support, assessment, and administration of drugs during pharmacologic stress testing, and monitoring of patients post testing.
Provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural, and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process.
Consistently integrates concepts of relationship-based care into practice.
Serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit. Assumes accountability for nursing care of designated patients.
Demonstrates unit/area-designated competencies.
MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current Michigan Nursing License
Graduation from accredited nursing program: Effective January 1, 2013, all new hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five (5) years from date of hire.
Must be familiar with cardiac stress testing protocols and EKG rhythms. Knowledge of EKG's and changes from baseline during stress testing.
Must be BLS and ACLS certified.

POSITION PORPOSE
The Registered Nurse Case Manager assumes overall accountability for patients’ discharge plans while assuming a leadership role in achieving desired clinical, financial and resource utilization outcomes.
This is achieved by coordinating care and service for defined patient populations during an acute care episode across the continuum of care.
This position is a Part-Time, benefited position, scheduled 56 hours bi-weekly (.7 FTE)
Orientation for this position would last for 6-8 weeks from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
This position will support Trinity Health Livingston Hospital in Brighton, a state-of-the-art facility that opened in April 2026 and features 56 inpatient beds, expanding access to advanced healthcare services for Livingston County.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The RN Registered Nurse Case manager is responsible for conducting a focused assessment of patient goals, as well as, biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, economic/financial and discharge planning needs.
One would also review, on a concurrent basis, the appropriateness, intensity, and timeliness of the level of care, diagnostic testing and clinical procedures, quality and clinical risk issues and documentation completeness.
The RN Registered Nurse Case Manager will develop and document a discharge plan through collaboration with the patient, family and interdisciplinary team. Ensures that all activities to facilitate and coordinate the plan are being implemented and that the plan is modified as needed based on patients’ evolving needs.
This role will require discussion of the plan of care daily with physicians and care team members to ensure the continued need for acute care hospitalization, while exploring the most desirable/appropriate post-acute care setting to meet the patients' needs and goals.
MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current Michigan Nursing License
Graduation from accredited nursing program: BSN is required
Experience: Three (3) years recent experience in direct patient care as an RN with demonstrated clinical expertise or equivalent experience and expertise as a Case Manager.
Certification: Case Management is desirable.
Individuals serving as case managers for the health system shall obtain CMSA certification within three years from their date of employment in the role or be in the process of obtaining certification as a case manager.

About the job:
The Emergency Department Technician is a vital position that keeps our Emergency Departments operating at maximum efficiency with a focus on the details. They work side by side with talented caregivers to ensure that every patient that walks into our ER is treated to the best of our ability.
What you will do:
- Assist patients with transport and escort throughout the hospital campus as needed.
- Obtain vital signs, including: height, weight, blood glucose levels, and I&O, and reports changes/findings to RNs/medical staff accordingly.
- Performs visual acuity, eye irrigations, equipment setups, wound care, and suture/staple removal, excluding facial injuries.
- Responsible for phlebotomy and EKG testing, including collecting and transporting lab specimens.
- Performs CLIA-waived testing as assigned.
- Assist with keeping patient rooms stocked, cleaned, and orderly.
- All other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous patient care experience and/or technical education in health-related field preferred.
- Completion of EKG and Phlebotomy courses and initial clinical competency course upon hire or transfer.
