The Environmental Services Manager is responsible for managing the facility's physical environment. Particularly directing and supervising the functions and activities of all housekeeping and laundry services. Is responsible for the overall management of human, fiscal and material resources for the department. Participates with other managers in policy development and long-range planning for the institution.
Demonstrates the organizations’ commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees.
Education Requirements:
Associate degree with basics in Business Management, Engineering Sciences or related field and four years of management experience in a New York Residential Health Care Facility (RHCF). Bachelor's degree in business management, Engineering Sciences or related field and two years of management experience in a NYS RHCF. May substitute two years of management experience for each year of education.
Experience Requirements:
Work experience in one of the trades or technical fields preferred.
Pay Range:
$24.60 - $29.43
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Position Summary:
As a member of the Patient Care Centered Team, the Information Associate provides clerical, communication, reception, supply management and other supportive services for the Patient Care Center to ensure high quality services to patients, family members and other hospital staff. The Information Associate will be available to meet the needs of all Patient Care Centers as needed.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the patients' medical record: Accurate identification of all patient forms and correct organization of medical records Organizes chart when patient is transferred to another unit Updated chart forms daily in medical record Reviews medical record each shift for consults Copies medical record as needed Deletes medical record of long-term patients as needed Scanning of all Patient Advance Directives to EPIC
- Prepares medical record at discharge
- Collating discharged patient records for Medical Records and Care Center
- Assembles medical records of discharged patients according to the standard format in the most accurate and efficient
- manner.
- Attaches loose reports to the proper record
- Completes specific tasks for the Patient Care Unit as assigned by the Nurse Manager, Supervisor, or Sr. IA.
- Receptionist:
- Acts as a receptionist for the unit.
- Answers, screens and routs telephone calls correctly
- Assists patients', families and the public
- Answers nurse/patient intercom system and relays information to responsible person
- Contacts patients family or doctor as directed
- Ascertains identity of all persons
- Faxes medical information to physicians and Insurance carriers as requested
- General Secretarial
- Maintains adequate level of supplies. Obtains and returns equipment to proper department
- Responsible for neat and orderly environment with the unit by maintaining bulletin boards with current notices
- Responsible for filing daily assignment sheet by shift
- Receives, opens and appropriately distributes center mail
- Receives, opens and appropriately distributes materials faxed to center
- Ordering Unit Supplies through PeopleSoft
- Other Responsibilities:
- Support of unit functions
- Making sure patient’s names are written on daily assignment sheets.
- Maintaining bulletin boards
- Reporting maintenance issues through Facilities Maintenance Work Order System
- TIS Service Now Self Self-Service
- Checking all computer equipment to assure working properly
- Maintaining nursing stations with no food, beverages, etc. (Using Hydration Stations)
- Preceptor for new IA’s as assigned by Sr. IA or Operations Manager
- Unit specific responsibilities as assigned by Sr. IA or Operations Manager
- Clinical Engineering Work Orders
- Daily check of unit Voalte Phones
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required, AAS preferred
- Minimum of two years' work experience in a health-related area
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of various health insurances

Physical Requirements
Majority of duties performed in an indoor office with limited access to visitors. Working conditions can change rapidly from light office work to fast paced high stress environment requiring multiple tasks in a short time frame. Noise level varies from quiet to moderately loud. Requires long periods of sitting, operating computer, and answering phones. Ability to function well in high stress situations with limited assistance. Must be able to make rapid, appropriate decisions that assures the safety of the flight crew and patient. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Light lifting may be required.
Education, Experience and Certifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred. Current EMT certification required or must obtain EMT certification within one year of hire. EMT-P certification preferred. IAMTCS Certified Flight Communicator (CFC) certification or equivalent must be obtained within one year of hire and must be maintained throughout employment. 2 years of previous EMS/Fire/Law Enforcement/Critical Care dispatching experience preferred. 1 year previous flight coordination (Rotor and/or Fixed Wing) experience preferred.

What you will do:
The Registered Professional Nurse has the responsibility and accountability to utilize the nursing process to diagnose and treat human responses to actual or potential problems of individuals or groups. Pay Range:$40.00 - $53.10
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Help with light housekeeping and meal service as needed to maintain a safe andclean living space.
Participate in team meetings and communicate/collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.

Education Requirements:
Must possess patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in senior care, health care or assisted living preferred, but not required
Must be able to:
Ability to follow care plan and safety protocols
Working knowledge of computers including electronic health record, checking email, and preforming required in-servicing, along with use of other required applications
Have the physical, visual and auditory ability adequate to perform resident care
Maintain composure and positivity in a high stress environment
Promote physical, cognitive, and psychosocial well-being of each resident
Work with residents in a highly personal manner during stages of acute and chronic illness
Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.20
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

What you will do:
The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties related to the efficient and service-oriented operation of a medical practice.
Medical billing/insurance background a must. Coding not required but a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to monitor and resolve Claims Work queues, Specifically Front End, Referrals & Authorizations, and Clinical Workflow.
- Responsible for monitoring the Trinity Health Front End Metrics and working with Practice Management to identify educational opportunities as necessary.
- Responsible for review of denial/ rejections and write off dashboards for trends and provide necessary education to Providers/ front end users.
- Ensure all necessary referral documentation is obtained and documented to secure appropriate revenue.
- Responsible for running monthly reports to identify any outbound referrals and communicate back to Manager for any improvement opportunities
- Ensures all billable services are processed within the EMR in a timely manner.
- Ensures all billed services are submitted to insurances as "Clean Claims"
- Works within the working queue to review all charges and submit to claims scrubber
- Work all claims scrubber edits in a timely basis
- Identify any problematic charges for further review to correct coding/billing issues
- Adhere to productivity/quality guidelines
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other departments within the organization
- Work with Revenue Cycle Manager to identify needed feedback to practice locations.
- Process inpatient charges submitted by providers via interface tool or manual sheets
- Manually enter charges as assigned and complete charge reconciliation daily.
- Report any outstanding claims to contact to ensure all claims are billed timely
- Review each claim for appropriate information.
- Identify and review high dollar outstanding balances and ensure Financial Assistance options are offered to patients and/ or secured by Front End users.
- Provide necessary feedback from operational departments to Revenue Integrity team as appropriate
- Act as a Superuser for the site and act as a resource, to ensure patient questions are answered.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations as appropriate.
- Daily TOS reconciliation with front end
What you will need:
- 3+ years' experience in a physician practice or billing office
- Orthopedics Billing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalency required; Associates degree preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organization & effective time management
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Knowledge of CPC
- Knowledge of CPT, CPTII, and ICD10
- Knowledge of insurance carriers
- Solid judgment to escalate issues appropriately
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, related computer programs & general office machines
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
