About the Position:
In an Emergency Room setting, greets patients and family members and obtains and verifies demographic, clinical, financial and insurance information in the process of registering patients for service delivery. Enters patient/guarantor data in patient accounting system; collects patient signatures on forms; and scans registration documents. Obtains and processes signed physician orders, conducts online insurance eligibility/benefit verification on designated cases, notifies patient/guarantor and collects patient liabilities, and refers appropriate cases to financial counseling for follow-up and consultation. May provide escort and directional support to patients, family members and visitors. Enhances the patient experience throughout all patient interactions, the majority of which are face-to-face.
Requirements:
- Required: High school diploma. Preferred: Associate’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Data entry skills (50-60 keystrokes per minutes). Prefer one year of applicable experience in a healthcare provider or payer environment.
- Must have fluid experience with various software programs and ability use multiple systems to obtain or validate information during the interview process.
- Basic computer skills. Preferred: Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Required: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills. Interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external customers, including ability to interpret customer needs, recommend and take action to satisfy the customer’s needs. Accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.

Position Purpose:
Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures. Performs a variety of tasks involved in operating x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated body portions and produces diagnostically acceptable films for radiologist interpretation. Documents patient history prepares documentation of all procedures/reports completed and reports this to the radiologist. Maintains courtesy, professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, staff and physicians.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school.
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and BCLS required.
Working knowledge of anatomy and principles of physics, electricity and variations of anatomical postures.

Under the direction of a Registered Pharmacist, assists Pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient records. Provides courteous, cooperative, and timely service to patients, visitors and staff.
This position it is going to be 10-hour shifts with either Tuesday or Wednesday being the day off and the hours will be 8:30am-7:00pm.
What the Pharmacy Technician will need:
- Minimum High school education or equivalent.
- Preferred Completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician training program; or two years of college with emphasis in math, science, or medical field applications.
- Minimum Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Michigan.
- Preferred Active status as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
- Minimum Two years of pharmacy work experience.
What the Pharmacy technician will do:
- Looking for a reliable, friendly, detail-oriented person to join our Prescription Delivery team.
- Demonstrates culture competency in interpersonal behaviors.
- Demonstrates passion for customer service and understands the needs and behaviors of patients may vary between patients.
- Acts as patient advocate and provides individual support for patients to make the prescription filling process easy.

**Note: This position will be based out of the pharmacy and/or Diabetes and Endocrine Clinic and will not be responsible for delivering prescriptions to the requested addresses. **
- Prepares, packages, and distributes medication orders per physician request, pharmacist request, or prearranged work assignment according to established policies, procedures and protocols.

POSITION PURPOSE
Serves as a member of the Trinity Health Payroll Shared Services team supporting all accounting and compliance activities for payroll operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintains accurate procedures in compliance with all Federal and State Regulations to analyze and monitor all payroll functions including tax setup/withholding, banking, garnishment, and general processing.
Responsibility for supporting relationships with contracted vendors and internal Trinity Health departments for regular auditing, implementing procedures, and ensuring accurate payroll withholdings, processing, and payments.
Educates payroll colleagues about payroll processes and procedures including those tasks to be performed locally and escalates issues as appropriate. Ensures processing deadlines and annual calendars are shared to ensure payroll is calculated and settled timely for all payroll productions runs and calculations.
Ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle, including tax, benefits, wage attachment, banking etc. are processed, reconciled, audited, and transmitted accurately and timely.
Completes quarter end and year end payroll activities and assists RHM Payroll Managers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Collaborates with leadership to develop and execute initiatives that will result in improved process efficiencies. Reviews internal and external data and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in quality and service delivery.
Works with HR and with TIS staff to resolve issues in system or operations to ensure smooth transfer of information to and from payroll vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a multi-entity and multi-state organization handling payroll and payroll processes, payroll tax and state reciprocity rules, garnishments, payroll related regulatory compliance including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), banking ACH/settlement, and internal controls for the payroll cycle or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Good oral and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills and can develop appropriate methodologies for collecting, summarizing, analyzing, and evaluating data.
Detail oriented and able to meet established deadlines. Excellent follow through is required.
Strong personal computer skills, particularly Excel. Experience with Workday, Kronos timekeeping and ADP tax services is preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of the principles of accounting.

Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression)
The Employment Administration Advisor is a subject matter expert responsible for managing complex employment transactions, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving high-level escalations. The role oversees critical processes such as promotions, job changes, supervisor org, mass change, and EIB workflows, eligibility decisions, and MTA support as needed. It supports vendor coordination, conducts audits and root cause analysis, and identifies opportunities to improve workflows and system accuracy. The advisor contributes to projects and changes initiatives, communicates clearly to resolve issues, and consistently delivers high-quality, compliant work across the employment administration function.
Delivering the Colleague Experience
Deliver an exceptional colleague experience through high-quality, reverent, courteous, and empathetic service, reflecting our commitment to the organization's mission & values and ensuring colleagues feel genuinely valued and respected through case management and phone interactions as appliable
Provide case resolution, while maintaining SLA standards for colleague inquiries where applicable.
Utilizes case management technology to accurately track and log issues and notes for cases assigned under stringent Legal Department requirements
Respond to HR inquiries related to benefits administration, HRIS systems, and policy interpretation with accurate and complete information using knowledge of HRIS processes and understanding of downstream impact of transactions to benefits, pay and other areas.
Provide warm transfer/direct colleague-leader connections to ensure excellent colleague experience
Employment Case Management & Expert Support
Serves as SME for complex Workday employment transactions and escalations
Oversees end-to-end MTA workflows supporting employee time-away programs.
Provides system-wide training, guidance, and peer shadowing for employment processes.
Accountable to provide accurate documentation and tracking for all inquiries in the case management system to ensure compliance, continuity, and seamless team handoffs.
Supporting MTA/EOR changes as needed for data changes and/or EIB, Sup Orgs or mass data changes.
SME level understanding of how all HR transactions and business processes function in Workday.
Data Integrity, Auditing & Transaction Accuracy
Performs ongoing auditing and data validation for all employment actions and related EIBs
Conducts root cause analysis and develops data-driven solutions to improve accuracy, outcomes, and compliance.
Leverages data and operational metrics to demonstrate progress, ROI, and program impacts.
Vendor & Cross Functional Coordination
Manages vendor meeting relationships and supports vendor coordination for employment workflows.
Communicates regularly with ministries, boards, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
Resolves conflicts and de-escalates concerns through transparent, solutions focused communication.
Operational Improvement, Projects & Change Management
Identifies process improvement opportunities and participates in designing/improving workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience.
Conducts research and compiles information for ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
Coordinates and supports project management activities including requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Applies change management practices to support the successful adoption of new processes and system changes.
Manage complex cases, mentor peers, contribute to process improvements, contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support cross functional work
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
Equivalent experience to include 3-4 years previous human resources and/or related corporate compliance experience
Experience with Workday, vendor management and case management systems
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
A CEBS or PHR, SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
