Position Purpose:
MRI Technologist performs a variety of MRI procedures both professional and non-clinical consistent with optimal image quality.
What you'll do:
Provides patient care, ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibits professionalism within established Radiology and Imaging National standards.
Performs a variety of MRI procedures both professional and non-clinical consistent with optimal image quality.
Responsible for entering on-line charges in the computer system (Radiology Information System-RIS) and accountable for charges as specified by the Administrative Policy, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
What we're looking for:
Education: Graduate of a Magnetic Resonance Technology Program. Knowledge of Cross Sectional Anatomy and Pathology required.
Licensure / Certification: Registered as a MR Technologist (ARRT),MR. or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Techology (ARMRIT); Required
Experience: Prior experience in MRI preferred.
Effective Communication Skills
Current CPR certification required.

Mount Carmel is seeking a Population Health Patient Care Pharmacist to join our collaborative and patient-focused team. The ideal candidate will have experience in population health and hold a current Ohio Pharmacist license. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a team-centered environment, values interdisciplinary collaboration, and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative, population-based care strategies.Position Purpose:
The Patient Care Pharmacist, within the scope of the Ohio Pharmacist Practice Act, will provide timely, accurate, cost effective, and patient-centric pharmaceutical care.
What You Will Do:
Coordinates the preparation, distribution, and dispensing of medication as appropriate in compliance with state and federal regulations and laws, accreditation standards, and departmental policies and procedures; directs and assists pharmacy support staff.
Maintains personal compliance and assists in maintenance of departmental compliance with continuous regulatory readiness. Also maintains records related to the transactions of the pharmacy, to achieve adequate control and accountability for all drugs, including controlled substances.
Assists in the management of pharmacy inventory by providing information to pharmacy purchasing, removing expired contaminated or deteriorated stock when detected, helping maintain perpetual inventories, and processing non-formulary requests.
Interprets, evaluates and verifies all medication orders.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary team in order to assure optimal and cost effective drug therapy. This includes adjusting drug dosing and schedules, recommending the most efficacious therapy, practicing stewardship in antibiotics, performing drug consults and monitoring, and detecting possible adverse drug reactions, food/drug interactions, drug/drug interactions, and allergic cross reactivity.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy required
Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio.
Experience: PGY1 residency or three years of institutional pharmacy experience in an advanced clinical setting is preferred
Effective Communication Skills
Demonstrates the ability to plan, organize and manage pharmaceutical care, including delegating tasks to and providing direction to other members of the pharmacy team
Performs work independently with minimum supervision, and is effective in a stressful environment

This is a Day shift position.
Position Purpose:
Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist performs a variety of exams in multiple modalities consistent with optimal image quality to support areas of greatest need by way of additional competencies and/or certifications. This will support MR/ Radiology as well as med tech duties as needed to support the department(s) workflow.
What You Will Do:
Performs a variety of MR / X-Ray procedures both professional and non-clinical consistent with optimal image quality.
· Performs diagnostic x-ray exams with consistent and optimal image quality.
· Performs a variety of exams and is experienced in at least one modality with minor experience in another or willing to be trained based on licensure.
· Assists with Medical staff duties as possible to maintain workflow through the departments
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma Required. Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
License / Certification: Registered as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry eligible. Valid State of Ohio Radiological License required.
Experience: 2 or more years in imaging preferred

JOB SUMMARY

Job Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Previous patient care experience and/or technical education in health-relatedfield preferred.
- Effective Communication Skills
- Successful completion of an approved course(s) in phlebotomy and EKG preferred.
- Successful completion and maintenance of BLS healthcare provider training required.
Essential Responsibilities
- Promotes a Culture of Safety by adhering to policy, procedures and plans that are in place to prevent workplace injury, violence or adverse outcome to associates and patients.
- Provides nursing care, ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibits professionalism in nursing practice within the model of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®.
- Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN, including conducting EKG tests, Phlebotomy, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output
- Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing,grooming and eating
- Reports abnormal assessment findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff
- Assists with keeping patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly

About the job:
Conducts diagnostic and vascular ultrasonography procedures in order to provide data used by physicians in diagnosis and treatment purposes. Relays pertinent clinical information to the interpreting physician and observes patients during procedures for any abnormalities.

Education: Completion of two/three years of occupationally specific education beyond high school in radiologic technology, ultrasonography, other related education, or on the job training/education.
Licensure: ARRT, ARDMS, RDCS, Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), equivalent certification or Registry eligible. Registry eligible candidates must obtain registry status within 12 months of hire. CPR certification.
Experience: Completion of at least two years of occupationally specific education beyond high school in radiologic technology, ultrasonography, other related education, or on the job training.
