This position will be located on our Nampa Campus – 4400 E Flamingo Avenue, Suite 110, Nampa, IDÂ
Schedule: Monday – Friday. No weekends or holidays.Â
Benefits:Â Â Â
When Saint Alphonsus takes care of you, you can take better care of our patients. We foster personal and professional growth and offer opportunities that empower our colleagues to develop their careers. We offer:Â
- Medical, Dental, And Vision CoverageÂ

Why this role is for you:Â Â
This role is especially rewarding for experienced cardiac RNs who want to continue using their clinical judgment while transitioning from inpatient bedside care into a prevention‑focused setting. You’ll still rely on your assessment skills, cardiac knowledge, and ability to recognize subtle patient changes, but you’ll also have the rare opportunity to spend time educating, coaching, and advocating for patients across 36 visits as they recover and regain strength. Responsibilities include interpreting telemetry and EKG data, leading patient education initiatives, developing and managing individualized treatment plans, completing documentation and charging, and supporting patients as they enter and graduate from the program. This role requires solid cardiac experience, comfort working independently in a busy environment, and the ability to manage many moving parts simultaneously.Â
