Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, proactively identifying and delivering talent solutions aligned with workforce needs. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across assigned business units, with a strong emphasis on innovative sourcing strategies and proactive pipeline development.
This individual will leverage both tactical execution and strategic insight to recruit diverse, high-quality talent while continuously improving hiring outcomes. The role requires the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions—including complex and hard-to-fill roles—while maintaining an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand current and future hiring needs
- Anticipate workforce trends and develop proactive recruiting strategies to address talent gaps
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market insights, candidate availability, and hiring best practices
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all assigned positions, from intake through offer
- Execute and facilitate screening, interviewing, and selection processes
- Ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Identify and leverage new and diverse sourcing channels to attract top talent
- Engage in both tactical and strategic sourcing to build robust talent pipelines
- Proactively source passive candidates and cultivate relationships for current and future opportunities
Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement
- Support workforce planning by participating in forecasting and recruitment planning efforts
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve outcomes
Project Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Lead or contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Effectively manage a high volume of requisitions across varied job types and levels of complexity
- Maintain strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Strongly Preferred)
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, OR
- 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 5+ years of recruiting experience required for consideration as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Nurse Apprentice works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) in the clinical setting and participates appropriately in the patient care delivery process. Essential Functions
Routinely observes, discusses, and demonstrates understanding of the steps in the nursing process and how the patient plan of care is developed, implemented, and revised to meet the needs of the patient (under direct supervision of an RN).
Assessment: Collects patient data (e.g., vital signs) and reports significant changes in patient condition to the supervising RN. Completes accurate documentation, which is verified by the supervising RN.
Evaluation: Reports patient responses to treatments and collaborates with the RN regarding changes requiring modification of nursing interventions to meet patient needs.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
A Respiratory Therapist performs patient assessment, evaluation for appropriate therapy, administration of therapy, consultation with other health care providers, diagnostic testing, implementation and troubleshooting of equipment and monitoring of patient. These services are provided as appropriate for patient age to include neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric adult.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs inhaled medication therapy, arterial puncture, blood gas analysis, pulmonary function testing, chest physiotherapy, oxygen therapy, helium-oxygen therapy, carbon dioxide-oxygen therapy, nitric oxide-oxygen therapy, CPAP therapy, BIPAP therapy, bland aerosol therapy, PEP therapy, high-frequency oscillator therapy, and ventilatory support modalities as ordered by physician.
- Participates in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, assists or performs intubation, manages artificial airway, and transport of patients requiring ventilatory support.
- Assembles, manipulates, and troubleshoots Respiratory Care equipment including mechanical ventilators, pulse oximeters, capnometers, aerosol generators, medical gas delivery systems, humidification systems, and mechanical percussors.
- Interprets diagnostic results for feasibility and reports results, to include blood or other body fluid analysis by blood gas analyzer and co-oximeter, pulmonary function screening, pulmonary mechanics studies, end-tidal C02, and pulse oximetry.
- Performs record keeping, billing and medical record documentation functions.
- Provides patient instruction in the use of Respiratory Care devices and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certificate of completion from an accredited Respiratory Care Program by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Educational Programs (CAAHEP).
- Credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- State of Iowa Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire. Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
- Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.

Major Responsibilities
- Supports patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) assists with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and other essential personal care needs while maintaining dignity, comfort, and safety.
- Assists patients with mobility and hygiene needs — repositions, transfers, ambulates, and utilizes assistive devices in accordance with established procedures and RN direction.
- Obtains and documents routine clinical measurements — records vital signs, height, weight, and intake/output accurately, and promptly reports abnormalities or notable changes to the RN.
- Supports patient nutrition and hydration — assists with feeding, meal setup, and monitoring diet tolerance in alignment with prescribed diet orders, safety precautions, and RN guidance.
- Maintains a clean and safe patient environment — ensures patient rooms, equipment, and common areas meet infection prevention standards and remain free from hazards.
- Observes and communicates changes in patient condition — identifies physical, emotional, or behavioral variations and provides timely, factual reports to the RN to support clinical decision-making.
- Reinforces patient and family education and orientation — reviews safety measures, explains unit routines, and assists in preparing patients for tests or procedures as directed by the RN.
- Performs clerical and administrative support functions — answers phones, enters basic information into the electronic medical record, retrieves supplies, and supports communication flow on the unit.
- Manages patient-care supplies and equipment — stocks inventory, ensures materials are available, and maintains cleanliness and proper functioning of designated equipment.
- Performs competency-validated technical skills — conducts tasks such as 12-lead electrocardiograms, routine venipuncture, and specimen collection, as permitted by organizational policy and Georgia practice guidelines, strictly under RN supervision and only after documented competency validation.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
- The individual must be actively enrolled in a Recognized Accredited Nursing Program and remain in good academic standing. Must maintain a minimum 2.5 Grade Point Average (GPA), calculated on a weighted 4.0 scale.
- This requirement applies to all coursework and includes consideration for advanced classes (e.g., Honors, AP, IB) where additional weight is assigned. Equivalent academic performance under other recognized grading systems (such as percentage-based or quality point systems) will also be accepted, provided it meets the same standard prior to application and throughout employment.
- The individual must have successfully completed the foundational nursing coursework required to participate safely in supervised clinical practice and perform the responsibilities of the Nurse Extern role. Examples of such coursework may include but are not limited to a curriculum-based instructional component delivered by the School of Nursing that provides instruction in basic patientcare procedures, safety and infection control standards, therapeutic communication, documentation fundamentals, and the core principles of professional nursing practice.
- Foundational coursework is expected to include but is not limited to: Foundations of Professional Nursing, Physical Assessment and Health, Fundamental Principles and Skills, and Pathophysiology/Pharmacology, or equivalent courses as defined by the accredited nursing program and verified during the organizational onboarding process.
- Verification of completion or anticipated completion of required foundational nursing coursework prior to the onboarding date must be confirmed through acceptable documentation.
- Acceptable verification may include but is not limited to official or unofficial academic transcripts, written confirmation from the School of Nursing, progression letters, or other formal academic documentation, such as program enrollment verification or competency summaries.
- If official transcripts cannot be provided, acceptable alternative documentation may be approved by any of the following: the Nurse Director, the Nursing Education Department, or the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- This role requires the ability to perform the essential physical functions associated with direct patient care. The individual must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and frequently bend, reach, squat, kneel, and move between positions efficiently to meet clinical workflow demands. The position requires sufficient strength and mobility to assist with patient transfers, repositioning, and the movement of equipment or supplies while maintaining proper body mechanics. Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling tasks may range from light to moderately heavy as defined by the organizational job class evaluation, and reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with applicable law.
- The individual must possess adequate near and far visual acuity, hearing, fine motor coordination, and tactile sensitivity necessary to safely observe patients, recognize alarms and call signals, handle equipment, and perform assigned clinical support activities. The role requires the ability to respond promptly and appropriately to changes in patient condition, prioritize multiple tasks, and remain composed and effective in high-stress or emergency situations. - Work is performed in a clinical environment where the individual may be exposed to blood, bodily fluids, communicable diseases, noxious odors, high noise levels, and frequent interruptions. The individual must be able to function safely and effectively under these conditions while maintaining professional behavior. Organizational requirements may include successful completion of role-specific physical evaluations—such as POPE assessments or cardiac recovery testing—if applicable to the designated job class where such evaluations are job-related and consistent with business necessity. Team Phoenix empowers women to become proactive in their own health care and survivorship, move beyond the title of cancer survivor, and redefine themselves as athletes through introduction to the joys of exercise and living well.
Team Phoenix is an innovative 14-week fitness and education program in which a leadership team of multidisciplinary clinicians, triathlon coaches and volunteers encourage and assist cancer survivors to regain health and wellness after cancer treatment by training for a sprint-distance triathlon.
We’re Looking For:
Education/Experience Required:
- High School education or equivalent with 1 year of experience in fitness class instruction.
- Must display ability to motivate - members in Fitness classes.
- Requires good communication skills.
Triathlon experience required – triathlon coach certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Good skills in coordination, rhythm and timing.
- Triathlon coach certification preferred (willingness to get certified)
- Experience and knowledge of instruction for swimming, biking, and run/walk technique and safe training progression

What You’ll Do:
Serve as a Team Phoenix coach, helping facilitate triathlon training for 50+ female cancer survivors of varying abilities and experience levels.
Schedule: Must be available March 15 – July 28th Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6pm-8:30pm (also Saturday July 10th 6am-12pm and Sunday July 25th 6am – 2pm)
Travel to training sites required (all within 25 miles of downtown Milwaukee except the triathlon venue Ottawa Lake State Park in Southern Kettle Moraine)
In person group training 5 hours per week, plus 1-2 hours per week of remote work communication/coordination

Sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous medications, including chemotherapy treatments, to support patients throughout their cancer care journey.
Maintain a safe, compliant cleanroom environment through routine cleaning, monitoring, and quality assurance activities.

Major Responsibilities:

Major Responsibilities

Minimum Job Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
- The individual must be actively enrolled in a Recognized Accredited Nursing Program and remain in good academic standing. Must maintain a minimum 2.5 Grade Point Average (GPA), calculated on a weighted 4.0 scale.
- This requirement applies to all coursework and includes consideration for advanced classes (e.g., Honors, AP, IB) where additional weight is assigned. Equivalent academic performance under other recognized grading systems (such as percentage-based or quality point systems) will also be accepted, provided it meets the same standard prior to application and throughout employment.
- The individual must have successfully completed the foundational nursing coursework required to participate safely in supervised clinical practice and perform the responsibilities of the Nurse Extern role. Examples of such coursework may include but are not limited to a curriculum-based instructional component delivered by the School of Nursing that provides instruction in basic patientcare procedures, safety and infection control standards, therapeutic communication, documentation fundamentals, and the core principles of professional nursing practice.
- Foundational coursework is expected to include but is not limited to: Foundations of Professional Nursing, Physical Assessment and Health, Fundamental Principles and Skills, and Pathophysiology/Pharmacology, or equivalent courses as defined by the accredited nursing program and verified during the organizational onboarding process.
- Verification of completion or anticipated completion of required foundational nursing coursework prior to the onboarding date must be confirmed through acceptable documentation.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- This role requires the ability to perform the essential physical functions associated with direct patient care. Determination of appropriate radiographic/mammographic technique and position the patient for specified exam.
1)Positions patient and operates equipment to assure radiography/mammograph of designated portion of the body obtained as specified by the physician.
2)Determines appropriate radiographic/mammographic technique based on anatomy and patient's condition to obtain high quality radiographs.
3)Secures history from patient regarding reason for prescribed test and records on the appropriate form for the radiologist review.
4)Labels radiographic films according to department standards.
5)Processes radiographs according to manufacturer's specifications.
Determines when radiographic exam adheres to standards set forth for radiographic interpretation.
1)Prepares radiology jacket and folder.
2)When appropriate, prior films should be made available.
3)Prepares information for Radiology billing.
4)Includes a history and technologist initials on encounter form.
5)Loads and unloads rolloscope for radiologist to read, in a timely manner to ensure exams are interpreted within 24 hours of exam completion.
Participates in Quality Control and Quality Assurance Program
1)Understands the quality control tests that are required by the accrediting body and is able to perform all tests.
2)Checks sensitometry film prior to performing patient exam.
3)Collects pertinent date and statistical information according to ACR/FDA standards
4)Reports equipment malfunctions to designated individual and maintains appropriate service records.
5)Correlates patient information to determine when follow-up information is complete.
Adherence to all accepted safety standards and practices to ensure a safe patient and work environment by maintaining a continued awareness of safety hazards.
3)Insures cleanliness, neatness by overall appearance of designated work areas.
4)Maintains current CPR certification
1)Maintains compliance with established safety standards to protect patients and staff at all times.
2)Attends mandatory in-services relating to patient safety.
Delivery of patient care in accordance with departmental standards
1)Coordinates and prioritizes the flow of patients and paper work, to assure the patient's waiting time is kept to a minimum. When necessary, changes the process to adapt to the needs of the department.
2)Follows proper telephone etiquette.
3)Participates in team problem-solving issues that would improve patient care, department operations, quality assurance, interdepartmental relationships, and employee satisfaction.
4)Demonstrates rapport and assists others when necessary.
5)Able to perform miscellaneous clerical functions.
Identification and documentation of department supplies to ensure adequate supply levels.
1)Monitor inventory of supplies to ensure adequate level of supplies.
2)Stocks and straightens up rooms daily.
Education/Experience Required:
Graduate of AMA approved school/program of Radiologic Technology. Three years experience as a Radiologic Technology* *this position will need to recognize the needs and behaviors of a variety of age groups of patients treated, i.e. understanding child growth and development, normal patterns of adolexcent behavior and look for signs of normal aging; prior age groups is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Mammography experience preferred. Previous outpatient service preferred. Knowledge of radiography services. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in mammography (RTM) Licensed by the Illinois Department of Nuclear safety (IDNS)

If position has direct patient care or direct patient contact the following lifting requirement supersedes any previous lifting requirement effective 06/01/2015. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. For patient lifts of over 35 pounds, or when patient is unable to assist with the lift, patient handling equipment is expected to be used, with at least one other associate, when available. Unique patient lifting/movement situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.Essential Functions

Minimum Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.

Physical Requirements

The Security Department, under the management of a Security Director, provides direct oversight and
support in campus safety, security, and emergency preparedness. Security Department personnel are
familiar with contingency plans in the event of a fire, disaster, or critical event that occurs on campus.
Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Security, or their designee, enforces hospital regulations, provides a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees. This position requires knowledge and skill in dealing with customers ranging from infancy to death.
The Security Officer may perform other duties, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below, and specific functions may change from time to time.:
Job Description:
- Enforce policies and regulations through active monitoring and patrolling of Baptist property.
- Investigate complaints of potential criminal and non-criminal conduct, assist in restraining of patients as permitted and provide protective services.
- Officer makes immediate correction of situations, which might contribute, to security or safety problems.
- Responds immediately when called for assistance and attempts to resolve situation and ensures that employees, visitors, and patients are assisted during a crisis.
- Provides escorts for personnel to and from parking areas of building.
- Assists with combative patients, determine need for physical intervention in accordance with Use of Force policy.
- Conduct patrols of campus/hospital utilizing appropriate tools, ensuring all points are checked during each patrol.
- Covers absentee call-in’s received during shift.
- Performs minor maintenance tasks in the absence of Engineering staff as directed by Security Supervisory staff.
- Manage control of patient valuables and Lost & Found property and complete all documentation as required.
- Assist Law Enforcement agencies operating at, or in support of, the facility as requested.
- Respond to Alarms (Door Alarms, Infant Abduction Alarms, Panic/Duress Alarms, etc.)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Kentucky Driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficient use of technology including computers, software, and mobile technology
- 1-year Security or related experience preferred.
- Ability to successfully achieve Taser certification, successfully complete hand-cuff training.
- Certified Healthcare Security Officer (CHSO) preferred.
- BLS Certification within 90 days of hire.
