*Join Our Fun, Family-Like, Growing Team at Premier Therapy Associates!*
Are you a positive, self-driven Physical Therapist (or soon-to-be) looking for a simpler, slower-paced environment where one-on-one care is the priority? Are you tired of juggling multiple patients at a time or handing patients off to aides or techs with less expertise than you? Do you thrive in a relaxed, friendly and collaborative environment? If so, we want to meet you!
*Why Premier Therapy Associates?*
We’re more than a clinic. We’re a small, family-like practice of professionals who believe in doing things the right way. Our practice is centered around the staff and patient experience. Our company culture is one that rewards employees for creating meaningful patient relationships and success stories that drive patient retention and satisfaction. We pride ourselves on one-on-one patient care without the use of aides or techs (our therapists are never double-booked and never see more than one patient at a time).
*Who You Are:*
· A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
· Passionate about outpatient orthopedics, human performance, and functional rehab
· Interest/Experience in treating hand and wrist conditions (optional)
· Eager to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully to a team
· Someone who thrives in a workplace where innovation and autonomy are encouraged
*What We Offer:*
