As a First Primary Care physician, you’ll have the opportunity to create exceptional patient experiences while delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care.

*Responsibilities*

* Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care through an innovative direct primary care model, free from traditional billing and administrative burdens.
* Communicate directly with your patients by phone, text, and email.
* Manage a smaller patient panel, allowing for deeper engagement, proactive care, and better outcomes.
* Diagnose and treat chronic conditions early, with a focus on prevention and long-term health optimization.
* Guide patients toward sustainable lifestyle improvements, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep.
* Perform and expand your scope of in-office procedures with the time and support to do so.
* Collaborate with a team of forward-thinking clinicians dedicated to continuous improvement and clinical excellence.

*Requirements:*

* MD or DO (Family Medicine or Med-Peds preferred).
* Passionate about building meaningful patient relationships.
* Skilled in handling sensitive matters with integrity and confidentiality.
* Strong communicator, clear, thoughtful, and personable.
* Accountable and follow-through-driven.
* Growth-minded and open to feedback.
* Ready to leave unnecessary paperwork behind and reclaim your time.
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
