We’re looking for a dental hygienist who wants to enjoy where they work.
At Altitude Family Dental, we’ve built a busy, well-established practice around great patient care, a supportive team, and a work environment where people are treated well. We want our hygienists to have the time, tools, and support they need to provide excellent care without feeling like they’re simply moving patients through a schedule.
We’re looking for a hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients, takes pride in their clinical skills, and appreciates being part of a team that works together and helps each other out. Whether you’re an experienced hygienist or newer to the profession, we care more about finding the right person for our team than checking every box on a résumé.
We have both part-time and full-time opportunities available and are happy to discuss a schedule that works well for the right candidate.

*Responsibilities*
* Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
* Take and document vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse, as necessary.
* Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent infection during procedures.
* Review documentation for accuracy and completeness in patient records.
* Assist in pediatric dentistry, providing care tailored to younger patients.
* Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
* Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.
* Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to enhance patient care.
*Skills*
* Proficient in aseptic technique and infection control practices.
* Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health.
* Familiarity with documentation review processes in a clinical setting.
* Ability to take vital signs accurately and efficiently.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
