*Responsibilities*
* Deliver full-scope midwifery services including women's health, prenatal, preventative care, patient education and primary care
* Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments to determine appropriate care plans
* Provide comprehensive intrapartum care, including labor management, attending vaginal deliveries, and serving as first assist during Cesarean sections—all grounded in a commitment to patient safety, comfort, and clinical excellence
* 1 overnight call shift per week with MD back-up and assist with hospital rounding. This includes coverage at Alaska Regional and Providence Alaska Medical Center.
* Office-based care provided four days per week
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, sonographers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
* Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of all medical records in accordance with privacy standards

Job Responsibilities
* Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, medical, and functional mobility conditions
* Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, safety, and independence
* Provide therapy services in SNF and home health environments
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families
* Complete timely and accurate documentation
* Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety recommendations
Qualifications
* Licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana (or eligible)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
* Home health and/or SNF experience preferred, but not required
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
