Our *Dentists* are valued as providers and play an intricate role in our success. We're a thriving, progressive *private practice* with a strong reputation for exceptional patient care and a supportive culture. We understand that every patient and their oral health needs are unique, which is why we provide customized dental solutions for every member of the family. Our team values patient relationships and does whatever it takes to support each other in helping our community be healthier, feel better, and smile with confidence.
We're seeking an *Associate Dentist* that shares our passion for quality patient care and creating a welcoming environment. You will be set up for immediate success with a strong existing patient base, a full schedule, and our vast resources. As part of our team, it will be rewarding knowing you are making a difference in the lives of others.
★ *YOU WON'T HAVE TO REFER OUT THE CASES YOU WANT TO DO*
The technology is current and the scope is wide, which means the interesting case that walks through the door can stay with you instead of going down the road. If it's a procedure you haven't done in a while — or one you've wanted to add — there's mentorship here to get you there rather than a shrug and a referral pad. You should be a better clinician a year from now than you are today, and this is a practice built to make that happen.
*What a day looks like as a Dentist:*
* Diagnose and provide comprehensive dental treatment holding to the highest standards of patient care
* Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outline goals for both their medical and dental health considerations
* Promote a supportive atmosphere that helps patients feel comfortable with case acceptance and receiving treatment, and that encourages patient retention
* Partner with all team members in fostering a collaborative environment
*Your Expertise as a Dentist will include:*
* Dental licensure and certifications required by the State Dental Board, with no adverse actions
* DEA registration
*What we offer for the Associate Dentist include:*
* *Competitive compensation* — $150,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
* Dental care for employees and immediate family
* Continuing Education
* Uniform allowance
* *401k with 5% employer contribution*
* State of the art technology and a wide scope of procedures provided to patients
* Mentorship and ongoing professional development
*Ready to talk?*
If you read the first line of this posting and thought "finally," we'd like to meet you. Apply today.
_An equal opportunity employer and an advocate for diversity and inclusion._

*Full-Time / Part-Time | Redmond, OR*
*This Might Just Be Your Dream Job*
We're not looking for someone who just cleans teeth. We're looking for someone who makes people feel _seen_. Someone thorough, sharp, and genuinely curious about doing things better. Someone who gets excited (not overwhelmed) when we roll out a new tool or a smarter way of doing things.
Sound like you? Keep reading, this could be the practice you've been hoping to find.
*Why You'll Love It Here*
We've built a practice where great clinical care and genuine human connection go hand in hand. We're growing, we're evolving, and we're looking for a hygienist who wants to grow with us. Especially someone who brings their full self, their sharp judgment, and their care for people to work every single day.
*What you'll be doing:*
* Delivering thorough, top-notch cleanings and periodontal care patients actually remember
* Reading each patient in the moment - knowing exactly when to educate and when to simply listen
* Keeping clean, accurate documentation
* Bringing energy and openness to new protocols, technology, and ideas as we keep leveling up
* Making every patient feel genuinely cared for, not just processed
* Teaming up with a group of people who love what they do
*What Makes You a Great Fit*
* Active Dental Hygienist license (obviously)
* A natural gift for reading people and responding to what they actually need
* Thorough, thoughtful, and efficient - not sacrificing one for the other
* Genuinely excited by change, new ideas, and continuous improvement
* Warm, confident communication skills
* Steady hands and an even steadier bedside manner
*What's In It for You*
* Competitive pay, based on your experience
* Benefits - available after a 90-day
* A practice culture that's collaborative, forward-thinking, and genuinely fun
* A team that will celebrate your instincts, not just your credentials
*Let's Talk!*
If this sounds like the role you've been waiting for, we'd love to meet you. Send your resume to [email protected], along with a quick note on what your most recent continuing education course was on and what you learned, we can't wait to hear your answer!
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
