Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited school
Current WV licensure in the respective fields (LPC, LICSW or higher)
Minimum of three (3) years experience with at-risk families, knowledge of and experience in behavioral family therapy and trauma focused treatment with knowledge of behavioral modification desired
Supervisory experience
Ability to travel; driver’s license and insurance statement
Required to pass a background/CPS check and drug screen
Responsibilities:
Clinically supervise and facilitate clinical development of assigned therapists and staff in order to assure quality services and supports provided are consistent with client needs and maintain fidelity of Crittenton Services’ trauma informed service model.
Provide on-going clinical supervision, support, training, and consultation to assigned therapists and staff.
Schedule and facilitate weekly individual and group clinical supervision and case consultations with assigned therapists and staff.
Oversight, review, and approval of assigned therapist/staff clinical documentation to assure both quality of services provided and compliance with Medicaid standards.
Participate in Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement processes including client chart reviews, implementation of corrective action clinical measures (i.e, training).
Provide clinical supervision for therapists/staff pursuing their professional clinical license, as permitted by licensing body
Act as the clinical expert at each site. Will conduct site intakes/admissions to best match the needs of the client with the strengths of the therapist. If Clinical Supervisor is not available to schedule or conduct intake, they will oversee the assignment of each referral.
Attend bi-weekly the Site Leadership Meeting with Director of Wellspring Family Services.
Schedule and facilitate weekly staff meetings
Responsible for taking appropriate action, in coordination with Director of Wellspring Family Services, and HR, regarding disciplinary action.
Complete yearly staff performance evaluations in collaboration with Community Outreach Supervisor and 90-day reviews of new staff.
Maintain a consistent caseload, which shall be determined individually according to each site’s specific needs and circumstances
Attend treatment plans in person/telehealth depending on diagnosis of client and/or review treatment plans acting as the credentialed LPC/LICSW (as determined by the Director).
Complete and submit to the Director of Wellspring any travel vouchers, time sheets, requests for time off.
Must possess current certifications for all core trainings (CPR, CPI, First Aid) and attend a minimum of 4 agency trainings through the continuing education program.
Maintain professional credentials as required by the respective State licensing boards and provide proof of licensure and completion of CEUS yearly.
Maintain credentialing in at least one insurance network to promote fiscal diversity at the site.
Salary: $57,000 to $68,000 (based upon licensure and experience)+ $7,500 Sign-On Bonus!

1. Obtain and record accurate patient histories to include chief complaint, present ocular status, ocular history, and family history, past and present medical history, medications and allergies.
2. Obtain and accurately record visual acuity measurements on adults, children, illiterate patients and infants.
3. Accurately measure and record spectacle prescriptions, deal with patient complaints, measure base curves, optical centers, prism of spectacles using both manual and automated devices.
4. Performance of tonometry in measurement of intraocular pressures using a variety of measuring devices.
5. Accurately perform and record refractometry on a variety of patients using retinoscopy, autorefraction, manifest techniques, and over refractions.
6. Performance of extraocular muscle testing to include, Titmus stereo test, Krimsky and Hirschberg measurements, Worth 4-Dot testing, cover-cross cover, cover-uncover testing and simultaneous prism cover testing to elicit muscle imbalances, accurate measurements and recording of muscle imbalances in primary, secondary and tertiary positions of gaze, accurate assessment, accommodation and convergence including fusimal amplitudes and identification of syndromes and dysfunctions associated with extra-ocular muscles.
7. Perform and accurately record color vision screening and diagnostic testing (Ishihara color plates, D-15 and Farnsworth Munsell 100 hue).
8. Perform and accurately described pupillary function as to light and accommodation, describing specific abnormalities to include afferent defects, anisocoria, hippus, Adie's, surgical abnormalities, etc.
9. Conduct and accurately record confrontation visual fields.
10. Assessment and recording of findings related to oculoplastics patients to include measurement of vertical lis fissures, ptosis measurements, description and measurement of proptosis enophthalmos, thyroid eye disease muscle imbalances, etc. as directed by the physician.
11. Evaluation, diagnostic testing and recording of information for neuro-ophthalmology patients to include pursuit and saccadic eye movements, one-meter, two-meter tangent screen testing, corneal sensitivity, pupil abnormalities, etc. as directed by the physician.
12. Application and isnt5ruction of use for occlusive therapy as directed by physicians(s).
13. Under the direct supervision of a physician, instill ocular preparations as required including solutions, suspensions, ointments, disclosing agents, diagnostic agents and therapeutic agents.
14. Initiation of special separate orthoptics clinic for patient instruction and visual training as necessary and directed.
15. Assist in the education and training of residents, medical students, technical students and other assigned personnel in pediatric ophthalmology activities as required.
16. Assist in the formal education of technical students as assigned; this includes didactic presentation and clinical skills teaching and supervision.
17. Frequent internal communication with departmental employees, faculty physicians, residents/fellows, the pharmacy, various labs, nursing personnel and appointments and/or reception personnel. Also likely to have frequent personal and telephone contact with patients and their families.

*POSITION SUMMARY*
The Clinical Supervisor provides functional oversight of the COMPACT Behavioral Health Team and ensures that all clinical services delivered to program participants are high-quality, ethical, trauma-informed, and aligned with funder and BBS requirements. The Supervisor leads team development, oversees fidelity to evidence-based practice models, provides BBS-compliant clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians toward their licensure hours, and collaborates with leadership on clinical program design, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
*Clinical Supervision and Team Leadership*
* Provide individual, triadic, and group clinical supervision to ASWs and AMFTs in compliance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements, including all required supervision ratios, documentation, and supervision agreements.
* Verify, support, and sign supervisee hours toward LCSW and LMFT licensure, ensuring all ASWs receive the LCSW-supervised hours required by California law.
* Provide day-to-day functional oversight of the COMPACT Mental Health Team, including clinical case consultation, treatment plan review, risk assessment support, and ethical decision-making guidance.
* Lead regular team meetings, case conferences, and clinical learning forums.
* Conduct performance feedback, coaching, and professional development planning for clinical team members.
*Evidence-Based Practice and Quality Assurance*
* Oversee implementation and fidelity of evidence-based therapeutic models used across the team, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other modalities required by funders or aligned with program goals.
* Conduct chart reviews, documentation audits, and quality assurance activities in the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database or other systems used by COMPACT.
* Develop and maintain clinical practice guidelines, supervision protocols, and quality benchmarks aligned with funder expectations and best-practice standards.
* Support program evaluation, outcomes reporting, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
*Clinical Service Delivery*
* Maintain a partial clinical caseload to support program capacity, model practice, and remain credentialed for direct service.
* Provide mental health assessments, treatment planning, and clinical interventions including individual, family, and group counseling, wraparound services, and crisis intervention.
* Conduct home visits, school visits, field visits, and office visits as appropriate to meet the needs of youth and families.
* Provide crisis intervention services and triage for telephone and walk-in contacts.
*Coordination and Partnership*
* Coordinate clinical service delivery with Probation, schools, public agencies, and other community partners involved in participant care.
* Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, referral source meetings, and partner case consultations.
* Ensure timely progress reports, referrals, and required reporting to funders and partner agencies.
*Administrative and Organizational*
* Maintain accurate case records and clinical documentation in ETO or other data management systems as required by COMPACT and its funding sources.
* Produce monthly statistical and clinical reports as required by COMPACT and funders.
* Participate in agency special events, fundraisers, annual meetings, and open houses.
* Participate in program design, special projects, and initiatives aligned with COMPACT's mission.

*QUALIFICATIONS*
*Required*
* Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
* Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, in good standing and not under probation or suspension.
* Licensed as an LCSW for at least 2 of the past 5 years prior to the start of supervision.
* Completion of the BBS-required 15-hour clinical supervision training course, or willingness and ability to complete the course within 30 days of hire.
* Commitment to completing 6 hours of supervision-related continuing professional development each renewal cycle.
* Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with youth, families, and individuals impacted by trauma, justice-system involvement, or other adverse life experiences.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
* Ability to exercise independent judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act in accordance with professional ethical standards.
* Valid California driver's license and ability to travel for home, school, and field visits.
*Strongly Preferred*
* Bilingual in Spanish.
* Prior experience supervising ASWs and AMFTs toward BBS licensure.
* Prior experience in a community-based or neighborhood-serving nonprofit organization.
* Experience with evidence-based modalities including CBT, trauma-informed care, and family systems approaches.
* Experience in individual, group, and family counseling; gender-responsive services; outreach and community education; advocacy; and case management.
* Experience with electronic health records and outcomes-based reporting systems such as ETO.

Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapy Assistant administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries and muscle, nerve, joint and bone disease, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability by performing a numbered of required duties for the LECOM Institute for Successful Living.
*CHARACTERISTIC JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Review physician orders, patient‘s condition, and medical records;
* Review data from the Physical Therapy evaluation and plan of care including short and long term goals prior to administering treatment;
* Review effective treatment strategies for areas of strength, endurance, and functional mobility with the Physical Therapist;
* Monitor and communicate patient response to physical therapy treatment;
* Assist the Physical Therapist with patient at discharge including patient and family instruction in safety, mobility and function;
* Attend meetings in regards to patient care such as care plan meetings , welcome meetings and daily huddles on an as needed basis;
* Modify physical therapy treatment and plan of care according to patient’s ability and response as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist;
* Instruct patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home;
* Record treatment, response, and progress in the electronic medical record. Documentation of patients care and services will adhere to accepted regulatory, corporate and professional guidelines;
* Record daily treatment charges per corporate procedures’
* Adhere to all HIPPA procedures and guidelines in accordance with LECOM Health’s standard of excellence;
* Educate the patient and/or caregivers to enhance functional independence;
* Comply with federal, state and local legal and professional requirements;
* Maintain compliance with appropriate therapy minutes, therapy intensity, and productivity standards on daily basis;
* Work as scheduled, ready to devote full attention and energy to the important work of LECOM Health; and
* Accept other duties as needed/assigned for the Institution’s needs.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Physical Therapy Assistant degree from an accredited institution required.
* Knowledge of OSHA regulations, CDC guidelines, hazardous waste management and disposal and radiation safety.
* CPR and Pennsylvania license as a Physical Therapy Assistant required.
* Must also possess and independent supervision license.
