Behavior Insights, Inc. is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and clinically skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing practice. We are looking for a professional who enjoys providing individualized, evidence-based services while collaborating with an experienced and highly supportive clinical team.
This position offers the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and young adults across a variety of settings while making a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and their families.
*Areas of Clinical Specialization:*
● School consultation and educational advocacy
● Autism Spectrum Disorder
● ADHD
● Executive functioning deficits
● Anxiety and emotional regulation
● Social skills development and peer relationships
● Parent coaching and family training
● Behavior assessment and intervention across home, school, community, and clinic settings
*Position Responsibilities*
The BCBA Clinical Therapist will provide services including:
● Individual therapy sessions in our Encino office
● In-home behavioral consultation and intervention
● Community-based coaching and behavioral support
● Social skills coaching and relationship development
● Parent training and caregiver consultation
● Collaboration with schools and multidisciplinary professionals
● Development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
● Ongoing assessment of client progress and treatment recommendations
● Clinical documentation completed in a timely and professional manner
*Qualifications*
● Current BCBA certification in good standing
● Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
● Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred
● Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
● Experience working with children and adolescents with autism, ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, and social skill deficits
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team
● Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, and current auto insurance

● Mileage reimbursement provided for travel beyond 25 miles
