*Position Overview*

We are seeking a Washington State, fully licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our team on a part-time basis to conduct psychological re-evaluations for Washington State Labor & Industries referrals. This position is ideal for a psychologist looking to supplement a private practice, transition toward a more flexible schedule, or maintain clinical involvement without the demands of ongoing treatment responsibilities.

*Note:* While the primary focus is for psychological re-evaluations, this position could be full-time w/benefits if somebody was willing to take on a small psychotherapy caseload.

*Position Details*

* Part-time position with a consistent commitment of 1-2 days per week.

* Compensation of $200 per completed evaluation.

* These evaluations are primarily follow-up or re-evaluation appointments conducted to satisfy Washington State Labor & Industries in-person assessment requirements.

* In most cases, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and treating providers have already been established, resulting in a focused clinical interview and concise report rather than a full comprehensive psychological evaluation.

* Typical appointments and documentation requirements are significantly shorter than a traditional independent psychological evaluation.

* No ongoing caseload or therapy responsibilities.

* Must be available to perform evaluations on-site at our Mount Vernon, WA office location and occasionally at our Bellingham, WA office location.

* Ideal for psychologists seeking supplemental income or flexible part-time work alongside a private practice.

*Responsibilities*

* Conduct psychological re-evaluations for Washington State Labor & Industries claimants.

* Brief review of provider records.

* In some cases, psychological testing and full psychological evaluations may be requested, these are paid at a higher rate.

* Prepare clear, concise, and timely written reports.

* Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with Washington State licensure requirements.

* Work collaboratively with administrative staff regarding scheduling and documentation.

*Qualifications*

* Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology.

* Current Washington State psychologist license in good standing.

* Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills.

* Experience conducting psychological evaluations.

* Ability to work independently and efficiently.

*Why Join Us?*

* Flexible, predictable schedule.

* Assessment-focused work without ongoing treatment responsibilities.

* Consistent referral base.

* Administrative support provided.

* Opportunity to supplement an existing private practice while maintaining work-life balance.
