We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $17.54 - $25.58 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.

Responsible for correspondence , scheduling meetings, preparing departmental reports, statistics and file maintenance. Prepares and processes accounts payable, payroll, employee mileage reimbursement claims and operational information. Responsible for supply ordering and charge entry. Performs technical support and administrative support to department staff

Also, there are 17 beds for Medical/Surgical level of care for neurosurgical, trauma, burns, orthopedic trauma, and bariatric weight loss (gastric bypass and gastric sleeves). Our nurses are trained to work both the intermediate and the medical surgical side. The nurse to patient ratio for the Intermediate Care beds are 3 to 4 and for the Medical/Surgical beds are 5 to 6. The Registered Nurse will work in a collaborative role as part of a team to maintain and support the standards of nursing care and practice, to meet the health care needs of patients, their families, and the community.

The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice /nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing. The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.
Unit Description:
9A is a 16-bed medical /surgical unit that specializes in rehabilitation. Our Nurses are able to gain skills in medical/surgical nursing to include physical assessments, IV therapy, central line care, pain management, provide proper skin, wound vac care, burn trauma care, medication administration, and also help develop goals of care with the interdisciplinary team. (physical, occupational, and speech therapists).
