Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is the core of ProMedica’s world-class patient care team. By providing patient-centered care through sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience, ProMedica nurses are dedicated to improving health outcomes for our patients and for the communities we serve.
As the coordinator of a patient’s plan of care, you will interact with the patient, families and the health care team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. The RN will assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.
In this position, you will work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff as you strive to achieve patient care goals. As a ProMedica RN, you will work to improve patient care, your work environment and patient and staff satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
- The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during his/her licensure period. At least 1 hour of contact hours must be related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

As a Patient Registration Specialist, you will provide patient-focused customer service. You will support inpatient/outpatient registration and insurance verifications. You willbe responsible forcollecting financial payments and coordinating medicalnecessityfor Medicare, pre-certifications, and referrals. You will also help provide general information and guidance to patients and guestsofthe facility.
POSITION DETAILS:This Part-Time Position will have a Mixed-Shift schedule (12 hr shifts). Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferable. This position will support all areas of registration in the Ontario hospital (i.e.ED, Imaging, Lab, Front Entrance, Day Surgery, and more!).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAArequiredwithin one (1) year of hire.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

We are seeking a Program Coordinator for our Ortho Med Surg located in Bakery City, Oregon. This is a full-time day's (40 hours per week) position. In this role you can make a difference by applying your current coordinating experience and skills.
What you will do:
Our ideal candidate will coordinate the swing bed program under the direction of the Medical/Surgical supervisor. Responsible for growth of swing bed patient volume through collaboration with inpatient units, providers, therapy services, and care management across Saint Alphonsus Healthcare system as well as other acute care hospitals. Serve as a central point of contact for discharging hospitals and for patients/families in the swing bed program. Ensure quality care for patients of all ages across the life span and support patients throughout their stay to facilitate smooth transition back into the community. This position will provide clinical support and fulfill job duties as necessary within their licensedprofessional field, including patient care activities both direct and indirect for swing bed patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS.
Must have verbal skills to present information and ideas, capable of dealing with people and working closely with patients; workable knowledge of safety procedures; must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language; must have patience and enthusiasm as well as the willingness and ability to handle difficult situations with good judgment; must be able to work as a team member; must have ability to multi-task easily and manage time, must be willing to learn.
Physical Therapy Assistant license -or -Certified Nursing Assistant from the state of Oregon.

Position Summary & Highlights:
We are seeking for a Phlebotomy Tech for our Baker City hospital. This is a full time 10-hour, mixed shift position, with occasional weekends and a rotating schedule.
What you will do:
As a Phlebotomy Tech at Saint Alphonsus, you will perform the manual tasks involved with registering, ordering, proper collection, labeling, processing, and distribution of specimens for laboratory testing from patients of all ages. You will be responsible for utilizing relevant computer programs and perform data entry. You'll serve as the central communication of the laboratory for all incoming requests as well as maintaining quality and quantity of specimens sent to reference laboratories and the reporting of results received.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and hospital staff.
Good working knowledge of medical terminology and computers.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Experience in phlebotomy in a hospital setting preferred.

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is the core of ProMedica’s world-class patient care team. Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is the core of ProMedica’s world-class patient care team. By providing patient-centered care through sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience, ProMedica nurses are dedicated to improving health outcomes for our patients and for the communities we serve.
As the coordinator of a patient’s plan of care, you will interact with the patient, families and the health care team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. The RN will assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.

REQUIREMENTS
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
- The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during his/her licensure period. At least 1 hour of contact hours must be related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.
