Position Purpose
The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Dialysis unit to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will:
Using Quality Caring Model, demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process, to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning.
Effectively communicates fundamental patient/family information to health care team.
Observes safe practices and maintains a safe environment while caring for the patient.
Advocate on behalf of the patient and family.
Identify and appropriately communicate ethical issues in the practice setting.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN).
Current RN licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing.

Minimum 1 year of Dialysis experience
Pay Range:
$37.59 - $58.29 per hour
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Position Purpose
The Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist functions as part of a multidisciplinary team in the Emergency Department and provides comprehensive pharmacy services. Primary responsibilities include adult and pediatric code response, code STEMI/stroke team response, drug information consults, prospective medication order review, and other clinical consults including pharmacokinetic consults. The Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist interprets and evaluates physician orders in order to prepare and dispense appropriate medications to patients, manages drug therapy, reviews, accesses and maintains patient medication records and profiles for allergies, drug interactions and therapeutic duplication to provide a consistent quality of patient care and appropriate drug therapy. The Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist may assist in developing competencies for the department. Daily job functions include assisting in the supervision of Pharmacy Technicians in distributive functions and departmental operations under the direction of the Pharmacy Operations Manager and Director of Pharmacy. Responsibilities include working to improve patient satisfaction, lower costs, and improve quality.
Requirements:
Current licensure from the Maryland State Board of Pharmacy
PGY1 Pharmacy Residency required*
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire
Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) Certification – current Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacist (BCCCP) or achieved within 1 year of hire
*Three years of experience in critical care/emergency medicine plus current BPS certification required in lieu of PGY1 pharmacy residency
Pay Range: $58.55 - $90.78 USD Hourly

As a Medical Technologist II you will:
Perform routine and specialized procedures, review and approve clinical test results for use in the diagnosis and treatment of patients in accordance with established protocol for a laboratory performing high complexity procedures as defined by the standards of the Clinical laboratory Improvement Act of 1988.
Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.
Minum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology (Medical Technology), biological, chemical or related science; and satisfactory completion of a clinical laboratory educational rotation;
-or-
A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college/university including courses in biological science, chemistry and mathematics –and- successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Technologist program.
-or-
A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college/university, including 16 semester hours (24 quarter hours) of biological science (with one semester in microbiology), 16 semester hours (24 quarter hours) of chemistry, one semester (one quarter) of mathematics, -and- one year of full time acceptable clinical laboratory experience in Blood Banking, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunology and/or Clinical Microscopy within the last ten years. Clinical rotations or professional experience must be under the supervision of a pathologist (certified by the American Board of Pathology) or an appropriately board certified medical scientist and a certified medical technologist.

New Graduate to 5 years of experience in Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Current or eligible ASCP, AMT, or NCA certification as a Medical Technologist desirable but not necessary with documented training and education. Can consider previously certified Medical Technologists, who met the credentialing requirements by the Department of Health Education and Welfare (HEW certified MT).
General knowledge of laboratory methodologies, interpretation of results, and quality assurance;
Have completed a accredited internship in all areas of the laboratory that the employee is to be responsible for or have documented / traceable on the job training in an accredited laboratory.
Ability to work in harmony with personnel to build team driven customer service;
Demonstrates basic computer literacy;
Demonstrates comprehension, skill and command of oral and written English language

POSITION SUMMARY
This position coordinates a smooth patient flow process by answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, providing registration of patient and insurance information, obtaining required signatures following established processes, procedures and standards. This position also verifies insurance coverage, validates referrals and authorizations, collects patient liability and provides financial guidance to patients to maximize medical services reimbursement efforts. CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Performs registration/check-in processes, including but not limited to performing data entry activities, providing patients with appropriate information and intake forms, obtaining necessary signatures and generating population health summary.

4. Enters payments/charges for services rendered and performs daily payment/charge reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner. Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of the day and prepares daily bank deposit with necessary paperwork sent to centralized billing for record purposes.
5. Schedules office visits and procedures within the medical practice(s) and external practices as necessary. Maximizes reimbursement by scheduling patients in accordance with payor plan provisions. Confirms patient appointments for the following day as necessary and ensures patients are properly prepared for visits.
6. Demonstrates proactive interpersonal communications skills while dealing with patient concerns through telephone calls, emails and in-person conversations. Optimizes patient flow by using effective customer service/communication skills by communicating to internal and external customers, care team, management, centralized services and HIMS.
7. Assists in responding to requests for patient medical records according to company policies and procedures, and state and federal laws.
8. Provides a variety of patient services to assist in patient flow including but not limited to escorting patients, taking vitals and patient history, assisting in patient treatment, distributing mail and fax information, ordering supplies, etc.
9. Works independently under regular supervision and follows structured work routines. 2.Performs multiple access procedures, arterial and venous. May assist in FDPAC and IAPB insertion and associated invasive cardiac outputs/profile and non-invasive cardiac outputs as prescribed in accordance with established department/hospital policies and procedures.
3.Applies and manages mechanical ventilators in collaboration with physician and/or licensed independent practitioners recommending adjustments to improve clinical condition, patient comfort, and to expedite the weaning process. The practitioner demonstrates expert clinical proficiency in traditional and non-traditional ventilation modalities as prescribed in accordance with established department/hospital policies and procedures.
4. Assembles, disassembles, operates, maintains, troubleshoots, cleans and performs adjustments in the application of durable medical equipment and circuitry used in delivery of care in accordance with established department/hospital policies and procedures.
5. Performs patient assessment and evaluates patient response to care provided, making recommendations to physicians/licensed independent practitioners regarding the plan of care, and appropriate use of respiratory therapy and modification of therapy as clinical condition changes. Documents care provided and all interventions in an accurate and complete manner.
6. Acts as a resource to therapists and other healthcare practitioners regarding patient status, equipment and operational issues. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate or technical degree
Proof of having passed the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). RRT required for all new hires to the position after October 1, 2015. Incumbents in the position as of October 1, 2015 must possess their RRT by October 1, 2017. A current license in state practiced as required by state law.
Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and/or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is required as pertinent to the practice specialty.
In Home Care setting, must posses valid drivers license and be eligible for coverage under the company auto insurance policy.
In-depth knowledge of clinical techniques, applications and equipment as typically obtained through 3 years of clinical experience. Must possess highly effective human relation skills necessary to interface with patients, families, staff and other healthcare personnel. Staff receive support from clinical educators and advanced practice nurses.
As a Registered Nurse you will:

General Requirements:

Position Purpose
Are you passionate about improving patient outcomes through expert wound, skin, and ostomy care? What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive wound, skin, and ostomy assessments across all age groups
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on clinical findings
- Provide education to patients, families, and staff regarding wound prevention and management
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and healthcare team members to coordinate optimal patient care
- Support the mission of Holy Cross Health and Trinity Health, delivering care with compassion and excellence
- Deliver care with sensitivity to the unique physical and psychosocial needs of patients, from neonates to geriatric populations
Minimum Qualifications
- CWCN, WCC, or WOCN Certification required.
- At least one year of experience as a Wound Care Nurse.
- Current RN license in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with patient handling and movement
- If not active in direct patient care within the past 5 years, must have completed a nursing refresher course
- Proficiency in English: reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
