Education
Required - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
OR
High School degree and 5 years of experience
Work Experience
Required - 5 years programming experience;
OR
1 years of programming experience with a bachelor's degree.

Oracle APEX • Snowflake • Sigma Computing • Tableau • SQL • Python • APIs • Data Modeling • Data Warehousing • Epic Clarity/Caboodle (Preferred)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Ability to analyze and solve computer-based problems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel throughout and between facilities and work a flexible schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekends, holidays, on call availability)

Job Duties
- Performs general inspections, troubleshooting and repairs of minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing items within the hospital or clinic setting. Examples of works may include but not limited to: unclogging plumbing lines, replacing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tile, repair leaking faucets, and painting touch-up.
- Follows up on completed assignments ensuring equipment is working appropriately.
- Responds to and repairs specialty systems, such as, and not limited to, the nurse call system, fire alarm system, television system, medical gas system, and the ceiling system.
- Completes preventive maintenance inspections in accordance to scheduled checkpoints and maintains documentation appropriately.

Job Duties
- Prepares, validates and completes all steps necessary to clear new cases for pre-scheduled services. This includes, but is not limited, to validating and gathering insurance and demographic information.

- Evaluates all physician orders based on a clinical assessment of the patient which includes but is not limited to allergies, age, renal function, concomitant drug therapy, lab values, approved dosing guidelines, best practice protocols, diagnosis, and physical clinical status.
- Assures the safe and accurate preparation and dispensing of medications including sterile products and investigational drugs measured by QA, medication occurrences, competency assessment and other documentation.
- Manages drug therapy to optimize patient outcomes measured by intervention documentation, ADR assessment, chart reviews, target drug reviews, patient education, and the provision of drug information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge, licensures and certifications through continuing education.
- Manages the operations of the pharmacy in compliance with state and federal regulations.
