Position Purpose:

What you will do:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
- Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
- Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Self-Schedule: Full Time Nights, Three 12-hour Shifts per week. 7 to 7. Rotating Weekends.
GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE:

In addition to providing hands-on nursing care, works and serves in a broad range of capacities including, but not limited to, delegation, assessment, planning of care and treatment, teaching of the patient and the patient’s family.
Expected to exercise competency in judgment, decision-making, implementation of nursing intervention, delegation of function or responsibility, and administration of medications and treatments prescribed by legally authorized persons.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A current RN license is required.
Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS)

- Creates the initial electronic health record that serves as the foundation of the patient medical record that is utilized by all members of the healthcare team. Prevents creation of duplicate medical records that can cause treatment safety issues and billing problems. General Requirements:

Position Summary & Highlights:
This MA position will be supporting an Orthopedic surgeon and a PA-C with the Nampa Orthopedics team and working alongside with MAs, RNs, and Athletic Trainers.
Please make sure you meet the minimum requirements below before applying. CNA certification does not count towards MA certification. MA experience or schooling is required.

What You Will Do:
In addition to rooming patient duties, you will assist providers during clinic visits, apply and remove casts and splints, draw up injections for minor procedures, complete chart prep, DME application, and suture removals.
You will also assist with patient phone calls, messages and follow up communication, and complete and manage clinic paperwork and documentation including prior authorizations, in-basket tasks, regulatory items, and MRI authorizations.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop orthopedic clinical skills while working closely with a dedicated team of providers and caring for a diverse patient population.
An ideal candidate will have:
Orthopedic experience or knowledge or a strong interest in orthopedics;
Enjoys working in a team environment and supporting multiple providers;
Excellent communication and organizational skills, is adaptable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
Work Schedule:
40 hours/week, 5 - 8 hour shifts, Mondays – Fridays, hours varying around 7:30am - 5:30pm.

Minimum Requirements:

MA certification required within 90 days of hire from one of the following Saint Alphonsus approved agencies:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Trauma General Surgical Unit 8C in Boise! The Boise Trauma GenSurg is a 32-bed inpatient unit that cares for patients across the full spectrum of acute care surgical procedures and trauma. It's fast paced and operates as a step down unit - more complex cases often involving multiple different parts of the body.
The unit operates under the Together Care Team Model, which includes Virtual RNs, bedside RNs, and CNAs, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. This structure not only enhances patient care but also presents significant opportunities for professional growth into other specialties, such as Emergency Room and Critical Care.
Self Schedule: Full-Time, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7 - 7.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provides professional nursing care in collaboration with members of the health care team in the ongoing assessment, planning and treatment of patients and families.
Utilizes resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
In addition to providing hands-on nursing care, works and serves in a broad range of capacities including, but not limited to, delegation, assessment, planning of care and treatment, teaching of the patient and the patient’s family.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A current RN license is required.
Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS)

About the Role
Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking askilled and compassionate Nuclear Medicine Technologistto join our team in Nampa, Idaho. In this role, you will operate nuclear scintillation equipment to produce diagnostic images, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
Key Responsibilities
Perform dynamic, static, SPECT, and SPECT-CT imaging procedures.
Administer radiopharmaceuticals via IV, oral, or inhalation methods.
Ensure image quality and safety in accordance with department protocols.
Practice sterile and aseptic techniques.
Manage radioactive materials and waste per regulatory standards.
Perform quality control on imaging equipment and radiopharmaceuticals.
Educate and prepare patients and families for procedures.
Travel between SAHS sites may be required.
Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program or Associate in Applied Science degree.

SUMMARY:
In collaboration with physicians, provides high-level independent genetic counseling for adult patients. Clinically assess and counsel individuals and families regarding genetics and risk management. Provides education to patients and families as well as to physicians and the community.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling from a program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Genetic Counseling (ACGC)required, or obtained within 12 months from hire date.
American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) certification requiredwithin 12 months of hire.
Minimum of one-year experience in Genetic Counselingpreferred.
State of Idaho provisional/regular license required, or obtained within 12 months of hire.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Discusses with the patient and the family the features, natural history, means of diagnosis, genetic and environmental factors, and management of risk for pre-disposition syndromes or genetic conditions.
Identifies, coordinates, and obtains informed consent for genetic laboratory tests and other diagnostic studies as appropriate for genetic assessment.
Integrates the results of genetic laboratory tests and other diagnostic tests with individual and family medical histories.
Explains to a patient and the patient’s family the clinical implications of the results of genetic laboratory tests and other diagnostic tests.
Provides risk analysis and calculation.
Discusses informed consent, privacy issues, and confidentiality and discrimination concerns with patients.
Provides post-test counseling and support, including review of medical management options.
Provides accurate, appropriate and timely reports for patient records and to referring physicians.
Identifies and uses community resources that provide medical, educational, financial, psychosocial support and advocacy.
Provides genetics education to other health care professionals.
Attends applicable meetings and conferences.
