- Build and lead a high-performing team across decision analytics, business intelligence, marketing measurement, decision science, data science and marketing data products.
- Create a culture of curiosity, proactive problem solving and executive-ready storytelling.

- Exceptional ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive-level implications, choices and recommendations.

Preferred
- MBA, master's degree or another advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business or a related field.
- Experience building or transforming a mature marketing analytics and decision science function in a data-rich consumer organization.
- Experience leading marketing data science, analytics engineering or data-product capabilities with enterprise Data and Technology teams.
- Experience integrating marketing, digital, consumer and clinical or operational data for measurement and growth use cases.
- Experience applying AI/ML and emerging analytics approaches to meaningful marketing or consumer decisions.
- Healthcare experience and relevant analytics, data science, cloud platform or digital marketing certifications are beneficial but not required.
How You Will Lead
- Frame the right questions before the analysis begins.
- Balance technical rigor with speed, practicality and sound business judgment.
- Build credibility across Marketing, Finance, Data and Technology.
- Develop talent and operating models that scale beyond individual experts.
- Turn analytical complexity into a compelling, executive-ready story and a clear decision.
