*Revolution Dental Implant Center | Oregon City, OR (Portland Metro)*
*$250,000–$300,000 base to start, plus production incentives*
*Four days per week | Office hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.*
Revolution Dental Implant Center is building a practice recognized for exceptional full-arch care, advanced clinical judgment, and an uncompromising patient experience. We are seeking a Prosthodontist who wants to build meaningful expertise within that caliber of environment.
As one of the Pacific Northwest’s highest-volume implant practices—and one that remains independently owned—Revolution offers an uncommon combination of substantial case volume, modern infrastructure, clinical autonomy, and a real voice in how the practice continues to evolve.
Our restorative and surgical teams work within a fully digital platform, including photogrammetry for full-arch implant capture, AI-assisted treatment planning and case review, CBCT-guided surgical workflows, intraoral scanning, and an in-house lab providing CAD/CAM design and same-day provisionalization.
This Prosthodontist will take an active role in an advanced full-arch and implant-based restorative caseload. Candidates with established All-on-X experience will find immediate access to a high-volume clinical environment. For a prosthodontist earlier in their full-arch journey, this is an exceptional opportunity to learn alongside highly accomplished surgical and restorative providers, work on meaningful cases from day one, and develop at a pace most practices cannot offer.
This is not a sink-or-swim position. It is a place for someone who is clinically driven, collaborative, hungry to learn, and energized by the standard of care that comes from being surrounded by providers operating at a very high level.
*Why Revolution*
* *Volume that develops mastery.* One of the Pacific Northwest’s busiest implant practices means meaningful full-arch case exposure and the clinical repetition required to sharpen judgment and skill.
* *An elevated clinical environment.* Work alongside accomplished surgical and restorative providers who bring advanced judgment, disciplined case planning, and a deep commitment to exceptional patient outcomes.
* *True independence.* No DSO. You treatment-plan the case—not a corporate protocol. You will have a real say in workflow, technology, and how the practice runs, without production quotas set by a regional office.
* *Real collaboration.* Structured case reviews and hands-on partnership with experienced surgeons and prosthodontists—never a sink-or-swim placement.
* *A modern clinical platform.* In-house lab, full digital workflow, and a steady, well-supported patient flow.
* *Oregon City, just outside Portland.* Build your career minutes from Portland, with access to the lifestyle, culture, and outdoor recreation of the Pacific Northwest—while practicing in an environment positioned to shape the next stage of your career.
*What You’ll Do*
* Diagnose and treatment-plan full-arch (All-on-X) and implant restorative cases
* Collaborate directly with the surgical team on case sequencing and prosthetic planning
* Manage provisional and final restorative phases chairside
* Work hands-on with our in-house lab and digital workflow
* Deepen your full-arch expertise through active case volume and peer collaboration
*What We’re Looking For*
* DDS/DMD with completed prosthodontics residency
* Active or eligible Oregon dental license
* Restorative and implant experience; full-arch experience is welcome but not required
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-first mindset
* A high level of personal ownership, curiosity, and commitment to continued clinical growth
*Compensation & Benefits*
* $250,000–$300,000 base to start, with production incentives as your full-arch volume grows
* Medical and dental insurance
* 401(k)
* Paid time off and holidays
* Exceptional opportunity to accelerate your full-arch practice through high case volume and hands-on collaboration
If you are looking for more than a position—if you want to refine your full-arch practice alongside an exceptional team, contribute to a practice with ambitious standards, and be part of what Revolution is building—we would welcome the opportunity to meet you.
*How to Apply*
Apply through Indeed. A resume or curriculum vitae is required with your application. We look forward to meeting you.
Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Columbia Pain & Spine Institute is an established interventional pain management practice serving the Portland metropolitan area. Our team provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic pain, with a strong focus on interventional care and coordinated specialty services.
We are seeking an experienced PM&R Physician (Physiatrist) or Neurologist to join our practice one day per week to perform EMG/NCS studies exclusively.
This is a highly focused position for a physician who enjoys electrodiagnostic medicine and is looking for a consistent, well-compensated one-day-per-week opportunity without the responsibilities of managing a general patient panel.
Schedule & Compensation
* $300 per hour
* 1099 independent contractor
* One full 8-hour day per week
* $2,400 per full day
* Approximately $124,800 annually if working 52 weeks
* 45-minute appointment blocks
* Consistent weekly schedule
* One regularly scheduled day per week
Scope of Practice
Your clinical responsibility will be EMG/NCS only.
There is no general pain management clinic, medication management, prescribing, ongoing patient management, hospital rounding, or call responsibility associated with this position.
The physician will:
* Perform EMG and nerve conduction studies
* Interpret electrodiagnostic findings
* Complete corresponding EMG/NCS reports and documentation
* Communicate clinically significant findings when appropriate
Patients are scheduled in 45-minute appointments, allowing adequate time for examination, testing, interpretation, and documentation.
Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Neurology
* Active or eligible for an Oregon medical license
* Demonstrated training and competency in EMG/NCS
* Comfortable independently performing and interpreting electrodiagnostic studies
* ABEM certification or additional electrodiagnostic training is welcomed but not required
Ideal Candidate
This opportunity may be particularly attractive to a physician who already has an established practice, hospital position, academic appointment, or part-time schedule and would like to dedicate one consistent day each week exclusively to electrodiagnostic medicine.
The role is intentionally straightforward: come in for one day, perform EMG/NCS studies, complete the associated reports, and have no responsibility for the patient's broader pain-management care.
Compensation: $300/hour | $2,400 per 8-hour day | 1099
Pay: $300.00 per hour
Work Location: In person

* Position patients and equipment to obtain high-quality fluoroscopic images efficiently and safely
* Collaborate closely with surgeons and pain management physicians to anticipate imaging needs during procedures

* Transfer and maintain imaging documentation within applicable PACS, EMR, procedure documentation, and departmental systems
* Troubleshoot C-arm equipment and coordinate service when necessary

* Delegate responsibilities and provide guidance to members of the radiology team
* Participate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, competency assessment, and performance evaluation of radiologic technologists
* Maintain and continually improve department training materials and competencies
* Serve as CSS's Radiation Safety Officer and promote consistent radiation safety practices throughout the organization
* Oversee dosimetry monitoring and staff and physician compliance with established radiation safety standards
* Coordinate required equipment inspections, physicist evaluations, maintenance, and service
* Monitor radiology quality and benchmarking requirements and support ongoing regulatory compliance
* Participate in QAPI activities and provide leadership with relevant radiation safety and departmental updates
* Review applicable policies and procedures and recommend improvements based on regulatory requirements and best practices
* Identify departmental problems, research potential solutions, and bring recommendations forward to clinical and executive leadership
*Qualifications*
* Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
* Current ARRT certification and applicable Oregon credentials required
* Current BLS certification required
* Minimum two years of radiologic technologist experience required
* Experience performing fluoroscopy in an operating room or procedural environment required
* Strong knowledge of radiation safety principles and fluoroscopic imaging practices
