Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
* Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, spine, and rehabilitation-related conditions
* Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision
* Order and interpret diagnostic studies including X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and laboratory tests
* Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress
* Educate patients on treatment options, medications, rehabilitation plans, and preventive care
* Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
* Complete accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
* Respond to patient calls, prescription requests, and clinical questions
* Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all clinical protocols and standards
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program/Nurse Practitioner Program
* Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in the state of MA
* DEA license preferred or ability to obtain
* Previous experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, or related specialty preferred
* Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* EMR experience preferred

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
* Develop and implement individualized care plans targeting mobility, strength, pain management, and functional recovery
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, care transitions, and community reintegration strategies
* Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure continuous improvement
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient care using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems in compliance with healthcare standards
* Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies
*Experience Requirements*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required
* Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
* Previous clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred (new graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply)
* Experience evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and evidence-based treatment practices
* Ability to document patient care accurately and efficiently using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate patients and families
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment
