We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality care for patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, spine, and pain-related conditions. This position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, inpatient rehab, and supporting continuity of care in both office and rehab settings.

Responsibilities

* Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
* Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, spine, and rehabilitation-related conditions
* Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision
* Order and interpret diagnostic studies including X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and laboratory tests
* Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress
* Educate patients on treatment options, medications, rehabilitation plans, and preventive care
* Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
* Complete accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
* Respond to patient calls, prescription requests, and clinical questions
* Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all clinical protocols and standards

Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program/Nurse Practitioner Program
* Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in the state of MA
* DEA license preferred or ability to obtain
* Previous experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, or related specialty preferred
* Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* EMR experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
