Kona Health & Aesthetics is an established integrative medicine and medical aesthetics practice dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized, evidence-based care. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while practicing at the forefront of hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, longevity medicine, and aesthetics. Whether you already have experience in these specialties or are eager to expand your skill set, we provide a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and continued professional growth.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient history, physical examination, and laboratory findings
* Prescribe and manage:
* Hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT)
* GLP-1 medications and other medical weight loss therapies
* Peptide therapies
* Prescription medications and evidence-based nutraceuticals
* Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
* Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, or be willing to receive training
* Educate patients and provide ongoing support to help them achieve long-term health goals
*Qualifications*
* Current Nurse Practitioner license in Hawaii (or eligibility for Hawaii licensure)
* DEA registration (or eligibility)
* Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
* Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, urgent care, or women's health
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for integrative and preventative medicine
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience with hormone replacement therapy
* Experience prescribing GLP-1 medications
* Experience with peptide therapies
* Functional or integrative medicine experience
* Experience performing aesthetic injectables
Training is available for the right candidate who is enthusiastic about learning and growing within our practice.

*Qualifications*
* Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by ACOTE.
* Must hold a master’s or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.

About Speak Up Speech Therapy
Speak Up Speech Therapy is an established pediatric private practice located in Clackamas, conveniently located just off I-205.
Our clinic serves children and adolescents with a wide range of communication and feeding needs, including:
* Speech sound and phonological disorders
* Expressive and receptive language delays
* Late language emergence
* Autism and social communication differences

* Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients.

* Complete timely clinical documentation.
* Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers.
* Communicate with physicians, educators, therapists, and other professionals as appropriate.
* Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on each child's needs.
* Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Oregon licensure requirements and ASHA guidelines.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
* Current or eligible Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license.
* Pediatric experience preferred.
* Two or more years of experience preferred, although strong candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply.
* Strong Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered.

This is a Part-Time position working 2 12-hours shifts per week, with every 4th weekend rotation.
Responsible for delegating appropriate nurse care responsibilities provided throughout the facility. Supervises and directs all aspects of patient care. Essential Functions
Provides oversight and leadership and represents administration and management during hours they are not present and is authorized to act on their behalf.
Notify manager/administrator of any significant problems or situations.
Coordination of staffing for current and on-coming shifts by reallocating or calling in additional staff. Determines staffing for the entire hospital focusing on Emergency Department and Medical Surgical Floor but also assists with staffing for other departments as need arises.

Monitors compliance with standards of care by observations, verbal reports and written documentation and communicates results to appropriate staff members; develops plan to increase compliance and implements actions to correct deficiencies during his/her shift and reports all to the CNO and/or Nurse Manager.
Makes rounds to receive report from unit nurses. Visits patients, paying special attention to critically ill, post-op, labor and those scheduled for diagnostic tests, being sure patient needs are being met.
Specifically assigns work to team members (RN/CNA and Patient Care Techs / Clerks). This may be patient care, writing a care plan, doing and documenting patient teaching, cleaning an area, preparing paperwork of anything else necessary for the functioning of the nursing unit.
Participates in and adheres to the financial plan of operation for the hospital; contributes to operating and capital budgets with recommendations for nursing service personnel. Is supportive of hospital policies and procedures for nursing and of the administrative staff and monitors overtime and keeps it to a minimum.
Continually evaluates the quality of care being provided for patients, recommends modifications and improvements as appropriate and enforces the same.
Serves as clinical coordinator for the entire hospital on off shifts, weekends, and holidays when the Nurse Managers aren’t on duty. Replaces nursing personnel to make certain areas are adequately staffed for all shifts. Checks the schedule daily for the next shift and utilizes low census when appropriate.
Accurately obtains medications from Pharmacy in the absence of Pharmacy personnel.
Constructively critiques work performed by professional and other non-professional personnel. Does not criticize staff in front of others. Keeps anecdotal notes on nursing personnel job performance and counsels’ personnel appropriately and in a timely manner; uses disciplinary action appropriately.
In addition to the functions above, this role may include other responsibilities and duties as assigned, based upon the needs or requirements of Knoxville Hospital and Clinics.

*Overview*
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Counselor Supervisor to lead our Residential Services program. In this vital role, you will provide clinical supervision of direct care staff and clinical intervention and case management for patients diagnosed with chemical dependency and/or co-occurring chemical dependency and psychiatric disorders.
*Responsibilities*

* Provide clinical assistance and guidance, acting as a resource for direct care staff regarding program procedures, as well as providing crisis intervention when needed.
* Provide direct supervision and coordination of direct care staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, evaluations, and conflict resolution.
* Facilitate clinical staffing and team meetings.
* Facilitate patient intake and admissions and assign a primary counselor.
* Monitor the status of patient fee payments, patient employment activities, and phase-ups.
* Develop a weekly group schedule and/or provide individual, group, and family counseling as necessary.
* Ensure contract compliance, including monitoring patient files for QA, assisting with agency audits as needed, and submitting reports as required.
* Conduct patient assessments and evaluations; develop and implement treatment plans for clients; provide case management services as necessary.
* Prepare and maintain clinical records, to include review of direct care staff records.
* Make referrals to appropriate resource agencies and provide feedback to those agencies.
* Assist internal staff, courts, and probation officers in monitoring furlough requests and discharge proposals.
* All other duties as assigned.
*Position Requirements:*
* Master’s degree in a related field of study, preferably in a Human Services discipline, and at least 2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably supervisory experience.
* Valid and active State of Florida clinical license in one of the following: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT.
* Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred to meet the needs of a diverse population, but it is not required.
* Computer knowledge should include proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Teams) and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs). An employee may be responsible for other miscellaneous administrative duties.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

DEPARTMENTAL SUMMARY: The Rehabilitation Department provides therapy and nursing services to patients, families and patient’s caregivers including: Rehabilitation Nursing Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology. Our department operates as a system department and provides services to Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility, Home Health and Outpatient settings across four campuses. Our Rehabilitation departments offer a variety of specialty services across the various services delivery areas.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Occupational Therapistevaluates, plans, and provides treatment and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. Works with family and team members regarding patient’s abilities and goals.
This position does not directly manage any other caregivers.

Adheres to Oregon State Occupational Therapy Licensing Board.
Provides occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to achieve desired outcomes.
