At Wyoming Dental our practice philosophy is simple.
*No Judgment. No Lectures. Just Solutions.*
Many of our patients haven't been to the dentist in years.
Some are embarrassed. Some are anxious. Some simply haven't had someone take the time to listen.
We believe every patient deserves compassion, honesty, and exceptional care—no matter where they're beginning, and it starts with us.
That philosophy isn't just how we treat patients, it also how we treat each other.
We've invested in our office, technology, systems, continuing education, and our people because we believe great patient care and a great office starts with a team that enjoys coming to work.
Now we're looking for the next person to help us continue building that culture.
*What You'll Do*
Hygiene appointments are more than routine cleanings.
You'll have the opportunity to:
* Build lasting relationships with your patients
* Provide preventive, periodontal, and therapeutic hygiene care
* Perform periodontal charting, scaling and root planning, and periodontal maintenance
* Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide
* Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
* Educate patients in a compassionate, judgment-free way
* Partner closely with Dr. Matt to identify oral health concerns and help patients understand their treatment options
* Maintain thorough clinical documentation
* Provide seamless handoffs to the front office for future appointments and check outs
* Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Whether you're already comfortable with these skills or excited to continue developing them, we'll support your growth along the way.
*Who We're Looking For*
Experience is great.
Character and personality are even more important.
Whether you're a seasoned hygienist or a recent graduate, we'd love to meet you if you are someone who:
* Makes patients feel comfortable
* Loves educating rather than lecturing
* Enjoys working as part of a team and not as a lone wolf
* Takes pride in providing excellent clinical care
* Is dependable, positive, and fun
* Is confident in identifying potential dental issues
* Is humble, coachable, and always willing to learn
* Wants to build long-term relationships with patients
We're much more interested in finding the right person and fit than the best resume.
*Why You'll Love Working Here*
* New patient appointments are seen through the doctor’s side, not hygiene. We know trying to cram everything into a single appointment (x-rays, charting, complaints, goals, treatment plan) doesn’t provide the best experience for the patient.
* Patients see Dr. Matt first to get all records and understand goals and needs and treatment plan, and then are scheduled for their dedicated proper hygiene appointment.
* Supportive, positive, and nonjudgmental team culture.
* Modern technology and digital workflows.
* Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in your patients' health.
* A collaborative environment where your knowledge and contributions are valued.
* Professional growth and continuing development opportunities.
* Work-life balance with *2–4 days per week*, *no evenings*, *no weekends*, and *workdays ending by 3:00 and 4:00 PM*.
*Compensation & Benefits*
* *Starting @ $52/hour* (depending on experience and fit)
* Part-time schedule or Full-time (2–4 days/week)

* 401(k) with employer match
* Continuing education opportunities

Peak Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient practice with two locations in Helena, MT, reinvigorated a few years ago when Anthony Purviance took ownership alongside co-owner Courtney, bringing fresh energy and dual-specialty mentorship in orthopedics and neurology to the practice. You get 40-minute sessions with no double-booking, unlimited CE funding, and up to $19,000 in fellowship and career investment on top of a competitive base, plus a caseload spanning ortho, neuro, sports, and vestibular care that few two-location practices can match. Whether you're building clinical expertise, growing into leadership, or aiming for ownership yourself, Peak offers a clear track to get there, in a city just ranked the #1 place to live in Montana.
Compensation Package
This role pays $80,000–$111,200 a year. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.
In addition, we provide:
$10,000 sign-on bonus
Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend
$12,000 fellowship reimbursement
17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure
$10,000 in tax-free student loan repayment over 5 years, paid monthly
Relocation assistance available
Benefits
On top of that, you get the standard package, done right:
Medical insurance, with the clinic covering roughly 75% of your premium
HSA option with employer contributions
401(k) with an employer match that vests immediately
Dental and vision insurance
Short-term disability and life insurance options
Why Clinicians Choose Peak Physical Therapy
At Peak Physical Therapy you’ll get more than a job. You’ll get a career path, mentorship, and the chance to work in one of the country’s most beautiful regions. Some highlights:
Clinical autonomy where you make the calls on patient care
A new grad mentoring program that builds up your caseload as you’re ready for it
Unlimited continuing education and specialty certifications, no budget cap, no approval process
A real path to Clinic Director or another clinical leadership role
Reasonable caseloads and flexible scheduling
Evidence-based care, backed by the technology and time to deliver it
Building Our Pelvic Health Program
Pelvic health is a growing focus at Peak, and you'd be joining at a great time to help shape it. You'll have the autonomy to build your caseload, the mentorship to grow your specialty skills, and the Continuing Education to pursue advanced pelvic health certifications. All while treating patients who are often relieved just to find a provider who takes their symptoms seriously.
Life in Helena, MT
Helena was just named the #1 Best Place to Live in Montana (US News & World Report, 2026), with a median home price around $389,000, far below what you'd pay in Bozeman, Denver, or Seattle. It's a walkable capital city, small enough to know your neighbors but with a real downtown, breweries, and restaurants. Outdoor access is built in: hiking trails and reservoirs in town, skiing 45 minutes away, and Glacier and Yellowstone both a short drive away.
What You’ll Be Doing
Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:
Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Treating pelvic floor dysfunction including incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pre/postpartum recovery
Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it
Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to grow our pelvic health program — treating patients with incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pre/postpartum concerns who often haven't found answers elsewhere. You'll bring specialized, compassionate care to a population that needs it and doesn't always get it. Ideal candidates have:
A passion for life-long learning who thrive on mentorship and never stop growing
A Pelvic Health Certification, or be willing to attend the classes to become certified
A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
A Montana physical therapy license, or eligibility for one
All experience levels are encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease
Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line
Current CPR certification
Physical Requirements
You’ll need to:
Lift up to 50 pounds
Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
Equal Opportunity Employer
Peak Physical Therapy is an equal opportunity employer. We don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
