*Front Royal, Virginia | In-Office Position*
*Join Our Team — We're Growing!*
We are so thrilled to be opening our newest location in Front Royal, Virginia, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. If you're a compassionate, licensed clinician who believes in showing up fully for your clients _and_ for your colleagues, we'd love to meet you.
This is a full-time, in-office position starting at *25 client sessions per week* — a meaningful caseload in a place where you'll feel genuinely supported every step of the way.
*Eligible Licenses (Virginia)*
* Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
* Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
* Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
* Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. / Psy.D.)
*What It's Like to Work Here*
We know that clinicians do their best work when they feel cared for too. That's why we've built a culture rooted in mutual respect, open communication, and genuine teamwork. You won't be left to figure things out alone — we show up for each other the same way we show up for our clients.
*What You'll Do*
* Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients who truly need your support
* Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation — we'll help you find systems that work for you
* Connect and collaborate with a warm, multidisciplinary team that has your back
* Join regular supervision and case consultations that are actually meaningful, not just check-the-box
* Bring your whole, authentic self to every session and every interaction
*What We're Looking For*
We're looking for a human first, and a clinician second. Specifically:
* Active, unrestricted Virginia licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Clinical Psychologist
* Real-world experience providing direct clinical services in an outpatient or similar setting
* A grounded toolkit of evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR, or others you stand behind)
* Someone who communicates openly, leans into collaboration, and genuinely loves the work
* Comfort with electronic health records — and a willingness to ask for help when needed
* A deep commitment to client dignity, compassion, and care
*It Would Be a Bonus If You…*
* Have experience with specific populations like adolescents, trauma survivors, couples, or those navigating anxiety or depression
* Are bilingual — we warmly encourage multilingual candidates to apply
*What We Offer You*
Because you deserve to be taken care of too:
* Competitive salary that reflects your licensure, experience, and the value you bring
* A full-time schedule starting at 25 clients per week with room to grow
* A brand-new, welcoming office space in beautiful Front Royal, VA
* A team that celebrates wins, supports struggles, and genuinely enjoys working together
* Health insurance, Vision, Dental, PTO, Holiday Pay, Simple IRA,
*Location*
This role is based *in-office at our Front Royal, Virginia location*. Being present matters to us — for our clients and for our team.
*Ready to Join Us?*
We'd love to hear your story. Please send your resume, a brief note about what draws you to this kind of work, and a copy of your current Virginia license to *[email protected]*.
No lengthy cover letters required — just tell us a little about who you are and why this feels like the right fit.
