*Nurse Practitioner Job Duties: *
* Provide primary and preventive care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
* Document patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately in medical records.
* Assess and manage acute changes in patient conditions promptly.
* Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, per state laws.
* Order and follow up on labs, diagnostics, and treatments.
* Manage patient visits via EMR, dashboards, and telehealth when needed.
* Submit daily billing with proper CPT and ICD-10 codes.
* Collaborate with facility staff and PCPs on patient care and updates.
* Complete documentation and tasks on time per company/facility protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
