What You'll Do:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting
Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
Collaborate with schools, primary care providers, and other community stakeholders
Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities

From your first week, you’ll be paired with a direct supervisor who will help you navigate your new role, answer questions, and support your ongoing clinical development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide brief, intensive in-home therapeutic services to families identified and referred by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (NE DHHS).
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and design tailored treatment plans.
Execute clinical interventions and facilitate ongoing discharge and aftercare planning.
Collaborate closely with NE DHHS caseworkers and GLFS Skillbuilders to assist families in developing and implementing healthier habits, relationships, and lifestyles.
Maintain timely, streamlined communication and precise clinical documentation.
Manage a flexible schedule and maintain autonomy while meeting assigned case hours and client needs.
Participate in agency meetings, consultations, and professional development opportunities to further your therapeutic expertise.
Work Schedule
Schedules are flexible and self-managed based on client availability and caseload needs. Therapists maintain autonomy over their calendar while ensuring consistent support for assigned families.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $40–$60 / hour (based on experience and licensure)
Drive Time Pay: $30.00 / hour
Mileage Reimbursement: Paid for client-related travel and community transitions
Bonus Opportunity: Earn up to $5,000.00 within your first 9 months! ($3,000.00 awarded at 6 months, and an additional $2,000.00 awarded for tenure based on carrying a minimum caseload of 3 cases for 9 months).

Requirements:
Licensure: Minimum of an LMHP, PLMHP, or a Master’s level intern within one semester of graduation required.
Vehicle: Must provide a reliable personal vehicle to travel as part of daily work (GLFS reimburses drive time and mileage).
Technology: Must provide your own cell phone and internet service with daily access to GLFS work email and GLFS Computer Systems. A personal computer, iPad, or tablet is optional but highly encouraged.
Communication: Highly developed skills in timeliness and streamlined communication are necessary for success.

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Family Medicine physician with OB and C-section skills at our Chelan location. Our Chelan site is staffed with 4 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Provider’s. Full time is 4, 8-hour clinic days per week. Inpatient and OB call is shared with the other practice in town and averages every 5th night. Our Chelan site is home to a Family Medicine residency rural-training track and resident teaching is an integral part of the position.
This is a predominantly clinical role that includes protected faculty time, as the Chelan clinic serves as a provider training site.
Chelan is a destination resort town at the foot of a 50-mile mountain lake, surrounded by vineyards and mountains, with hot dry summers and snowy winters. The population of Chelan and the surrounding communities is 8,000, which swells to 20,000 on any given day during the summer. We are a 3-hour drive from Seattle and Spokane with airline service in Wenatchee, 45 minutes away.

Qualifications:
* Graduation from an accredited medical or osteopathic school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy. Must be Board Eligible/Certified.
* Certification/Licensure: Must possess a current, valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington or eligible to obtain licensure. Must have a valid DEA license. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. ACLS or ATLS may be used to substitute for BLS.

*Job Description*
Performs direct patient care in the Emergency Department under a collaborative agreement with a designated Emergency Department Physician. Provider may also be directed by the supervising physician to perform other duties in accordance with contractual agreements, and policies, procedures, and protocols established by Hospital's Board of Directors.

* Deliver safe, high-quality care to all patients.
* Performs and documents physical examinations on all patients, neonate through the geriatric population, urgent and non-urgent in the Emergency Department.

* Recognizes abuse/neglect potential in both young and older population as well as domestic violence. Reports per facility policy when identifies as a risk.

* Participate in a Physician-lead provider-based health care delivery system which supports continuous improvement in patient care.
* Provide hospital and emergency room call coverage (with a physician on back-up call) no less than eight (8) days per month, including one weekend per month. Provide as needed assistance with urgent care visits during normal business hours of the clinic
* Promptly report to the Hospital risk manager, on the appropriate forms, the details of any occurrence that might lead to a claim against the Hospital arising out of care provided by Provider.
*Position Requirements*

* NCCPA Certified.

Some of the medical conditions that are commonly treated include but are not limited to; Respiratory Failure requiring ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, bipap, cpap, and nasal cannula. Depending on the complexity of these patients, they can require sedation/pain management, pressor management, and cardiac/anti-arrhythmic management. Complicated infections requiring long-term IV antibiotics. Chronic non-healing wounds requiring extensive treatment with wound vacs and frequent dressing changes. RN's will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting. Ability to communicate with physicians, CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
