*Your Role:*
As a therapist at EdemaCare, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home health setting. Responsibilities may include:

* Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
* Providing hands-on treatment and supervising support staff as appropriate
* Managing patient care, documentation, and ongoing evaluations
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
* Offering leadership and expertise in a supportive, clinical environment
* Maintaining compliance with all state/federal guidelines and infection control standards

*Qualifications:*

* Licensed in Florida as PT, OT, PTA, or COTA
* 1+ years of experience in home health (experience in lymphedema care is a plus)
* Valid Driver’s License
* Strong computer/documentation skills
* Bilingual skills are a plus
* Lymphedema certification through a LANA-recognized program is a plus

*Physical Requirements:*

* Ability to lift up at least 30 lbs
* Ability to work from low surfaces, bend, stoop, squat during patient care
