Tired of spending your day supervising instead of treating? At Berkley Home Health Care, you'll do real hands-on OT work, Start of Care visits, individualized treatment, and direct patient relationships with a team that actually backs its clinicians.

We're a locally owned, award-winning Colorado home health agency: 4.5-Star CMS rated, Home Care Elite member (2011–2021), and a Top 500 agency nationally. We're hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist for our Denver-area and North metro teams: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN, with room to grow.

*What You'll Do*

* Conduct Start of Care visits and deliver hands-on in-home OT treatment
* Build and manage individualized care plans
* Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team
* Document in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)

*What You Bring*

* Active Colorado OT license
* Home health experience preferred (not required)
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Valid driver's license, auto insurance, current CPR certification
