*About Us *
Mindful Therapy Group was founded by a clinician with a simple belief: *when providers are supported, clients receive better care.*
Since 2011, we’ve helped mental health professionals build thriving, sustainable *private practices* through a provider-centric model that removes many of the administrative and operational burdens of going out on your own while preserving the autonomy and flexibility clinicians value most.
For experienced clinicians, that opportunity can also include clinical supervision. Through our growing *Supervision Program*, qualified providers can diversify their caseload and income by supporting associate-level clinicians as they build their careers.
Across our markets, we’re seeing a strong return to in-person care. While telehealth remains an important access point, many clients are actively seeking face-to-face support and connection. *Clinicians offering in-person services are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate* of telehealth-only practices, creating a meaningful opportunity to build a stable practice while meeting a growing community need.
To support that kind of private practice, Mindful Therapy Group provides the infrastructure clinicians need to grow — including welcoming office spaces, referral support, marketing, insurance credentialing, and operational support — so providers can regain their time and energy back by focusing more on client care.
*Office locations: *We are excited to open our first Minnesota office in Bloomington!
*Expectations of Partnership:*
As a Mindful Therapy Group partner, you’ll be expected to:
* Invest in starting and growing your private practice, including maintaining a business license, professional liability insurance, and a professional online presence. (Not needed upon applying)
* Participate in regular business setup and coaching sessions for guidance, accountability, and support as your practice grows.
* Maintain consistent client availability to support continuity of care.
* Complete evaluations, assessments, treatment plans, chart notes, charge slips, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
* Practice within your licensure scope, uphold clinical and ethical standards, safeguard client confidentiality, and maintain active licensure in any state where services are provided.
*Partnership Services Include:*
Mindful Therapy Group provides the infrastructure and support to help you launch, manage, and grow your private practice, including:
* *Guided onboarding* to help you get your practice started with structure and support.
* *Credentialing, billing, and compliance support* to reduce administrative burden and help protect your practice.
* *Intake and scheduling support* to help field inquiries, screen clients, and maintain consistency.
* *Marketing and referral support* to increase visibility and help attract the right clients.
* *A managed EHR platform and secure technology tools* to streamline documentation, telehealth, and practice workflows.
* *Professionally designed office spaces* so you can offer a consistent, welcoming in-person experience without a lease commitment.
* *Account management and practice support* to help troubleshoot issues, optimize your practice, and support long-term growth.
* *Transparent financial reporting and predictable payouts* to help you better understand and manage your business.
* *Supervision program opportunities* for pre-licensed therapists seeking clinical hours and licensed providers interested in supporting the next generation of clinicians.
