Full-Time | 40 Hours Guaranteed | Flexible 4-Day Option
We are hiring a pediatric PT!
This is a full-time position with 40 hours guaranteed weekly — including while building your caseload.
*What We Offer:*
* $36–$45/hour based on experience.
* $3,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment
* 40 hours guaranteed per week.
* Structured 3-month mentorship before full productivity expectations.
* Flexible scheduling — many therapists choose a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.
* Clinic hours typically fall between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
* No weekends required.
* ND & MN licensure fees paid.
* CEU reimbursement.
* Variety of settings: clinic, daycare, and home-based services.

*Caseload Development*
Therapists build their caseload by scheduling and completing evaluations directly. When a child qualifies, they are added to your ongoing caseload.
We are looking for an able and dedicated pediatric physical therapist to treat and improve the mobility of infants, children, and adolescents facing various health conditions. Your main responsibility as a pediatric physical therapist will be to improve children's motor development, strength, range of motion, endurance, balance, coordination, gait difficulties, heart and lung endurance, and delayed motor development. This position does require traveling the Fargo-Moorhead area and offers competitive pay.
*Pediatric Physical Therapist Responsibilities:*
* Creating unique, individualized treatment plans that outline the treatment goals and methods to be used.
* Helping children to learn to move their bodies correctly, make their movements less painful, increase the functions of injured body parts, and heal from injuries.
* Assessing patients and monitoring their progress.
* Using techniques like functional training and exercise, medication, diet changes, and specialized equipment that is designed to treat and alleviate pain.
* Coordinating a child's care with other healthcare professionals.
* Teaching children and their families about safety and home exercises.
*Pediatric Physical Therapist Requirements:*
* Master’s or doctorate degree in physical therapy specializing in pediatric physical therapy.
* Valid state license or certification for ND
* Strong understanding of physical therapy-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
* Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with computers, especially patient and healthcare databases.
* Attentive and caring with the ability to develop treatment plans and goals.

Accurately evaluate, diagnose and treat patients, both physician referrals and direct access.
Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic to address and improve clinic flow.
Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.

Provide client education, ensuring a clear understanding of conditions and treatment plans, and offering guidance on home exercises for ongoing progress.
Regularly reassess clients and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes in a home-based setting.
Utilize effective pain management techniques to enhance clients' overall well-being.
Foster clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare team members to provide personalized and effective home-based care.
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License.
2+ years preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
Demonstrate unwavering professionalism with clients, team members, and families.
Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
