Job Description
E-Therapy, powered by Edustaff, is seeking a *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* for an onsite school-based opportunity in the *Fort Stockton area* for the 2026–2027 school year.
This position will support a *caseload of fewer than 65 students* and offers the opportunity to work closely with teachers, families, and other special education professionals to support students' communication and academic success.
Responsibilities
* Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services
* Conduct evaluations and assessments
* Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
* Address articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and other student needs
* Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
* Complete progress reports and required documentation
* Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Texas SLP license or ability to obtain
* ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
* School-based or pediatric experience preferred
* Knowledge of IEPs and special education procedures
* Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
