Position Summary

Responsibilities
- You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
- You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
- Certification in specialty area preferred
- One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred

Position Summary
The Clinical Research Coordinator II independently develops and implements research project procedures that meet research objectives and ensure compliance with all aspects of Institution, Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and sponsor regulations pertaining to clinical research in human subjects (e.g. investigator financial disclosure requirements of the FDA).
Responsibilities
- Develops and continually assesses priorities to ensure that projects are executed successfully and completed within required time frames to meet research objective.
- Follows guidelines for identifying subject populations, complete forms, questionnaires, and clinic procedures for collecting and summarizing observations and data.
- Retrieves medication under the direction of a licensed health care practitioner; maintain and monitor drug accountability records.
- Prepares for and participate in study monitor visits.
- Documents study visits and procedures in timely way for accurate recordkeeping to include financial accrual, source document and eCRF completion, etc.
- Identify and report all unanticipated and other adverse/serious adverse events, as well as protocol deviations, violations or exceptions.
- Modifies procedures for collecting and summarizing data.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree preferred in science, healthcare or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience within a healthcare setting serving as a coordinator independently managing late phase drug and device trials.
- Experience using electronic data capture software required; Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
- CPR required.
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Exceptions may be granted for internal candidates with equivalent experience instead of the Bachelor's degree

Position Summary
The Respiratory Care Practitioner is responsible for the delivery of skilled respiratory care modalities and interventions to designated patient populations with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities, which requires the use of advanced practitioner skills to intervene in complex patient care situations. This position requires specialized training and experience to perform independent, professional respiratory care, ventilator management, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and clinical evaluation of care, including the establishment of therapy and treatment objectives, and the review of care based on the age and needs of the patient. This position operates independently, under limited supervision. Internal contacts include patient care staff and management. External contacts include patients, families, physicians, outside health care providers, and other organizations.
Requirements
- Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory Therapy Training program
- Registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the State of Washington
- Advanced cardiac life support credential required within 90 days of hire depending on age of the population served: ACLS, NRP, PALS
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification
- Minimum one (1) year of acute care experience in the field of respiratory therapy and critical care as RRT preferred

Position Summary
The Mental Health Technician is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in health care through functioning as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary treatment team. This role is responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for psychiatric patients while assisting with the provision of basic patient care and recovery needs.
Responsibilities:
- You will support the unit through excellent patient customer service and clinic management assistance
- You will collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes

- If assigned to Navos Hospital, BLS certification is required prior to starting. Other campuses require CPR certification prior to starting on the floor and can be obtained onsite, if not already in hand.
- If assigned to Navos Hospital, First Aid training is required prior to starting.
- If assigned to Navos Hospital, Food Handler's Card is required within first two weeks of hire date
- Washington StateCounselor Agency Affiliated Registered (ACCR) credential must be applied for within thirty (30) days of hire. Employees can work while in pending status. Grace periods will be adjusted in accordance with DOH requirements.
- Due to current processing delays at the Department of Health (approximately four [4] months), the credential is not required to be obtained within ninety (90) days, provided that the application was submitted in a timely and complete manner. The credential must be obtained upon issuance by the Department of Health. Individuals can practice under their NAR and complete NAR duties while waiting for active AACR, with proof of submission to DOH.

Position Summary
The Mary Bridge Mental Health Clinician-SW II is responsible for assisting pediatric patients and their families in addressing the social, psychological, developmental and economic impacts of illness, injury and chronic disease. As part of an interdisciplinary team, and to promote optimal health outcomes, the MHC-SW completes comprehensive assessment and provides support and resources to identify and intervene regarding patient/family needs related to: mental health, trauma, environmental and caregiver safety; child abuse and neglect; trauma; grief and loss; adjustment to injury/illness; food, shelter and other basic needs; education and developmental needs, and parenting resource needs.The MHC-SW joins with patients and their families in identifying solutions to problems that serve barriers as to disease management. The PHP-SW partners with physicians, schools, law enforcement, Children’s Administration, community mental health providers and other service providers in the community to ensure well-coordinated care across the health care continuum.

The Patient Access Technician (PAT) is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for ensuring accurate patient admission and registration. - You will assure complete and accurate patient admissions/registrations according to organization policy and procedures and regulatory requirements
- You will obtain inpatient bed assignments and processes inpatient admission, including arm banding, addressograph plate, and completion of necessary forms
- You will pre-admit all scheduled inpatient, outpatients and ambulatory patients to facilitate a smooth and speedy admission/registration process
- You will obtain direct admit information and enter a reservation in the computer system in order to notify other areas
- You will complete comprehensive bedside or telephone interviews with the patient, relative, or their representative to obtain pertinent demographic insurance and/or third-party liability information
- You will perform eligibility verification and resolves any discrepancies, determine the need for financial assistance recommendation and application, referring to the Financial Counselor where necessary

Position Summary
The Mental Health Technician is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in health care through functioning as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities:
- You will support the unit through excellent patient customer service and clinic management assistance
- You will collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
- You will perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or any other human services field preferred and/or in lieu of education, will take 1 year of experience.
- Must obtain a Nursing Assistant Registered or CNA prior to start date
- If assigned to Navos Hospital, BLS certification is required prior to starting. Other campuses require CPR certification prior to starting on the floor and can be obtained onsite, if not already in hand.
- If assigned to Navos Hospital, First Aid training is required prior to starting.
- If assigned to Navos Hospital, Food Handler's Card is required within first two weeks of hire date
- Washington StateCounselor Agency Affiliated Registered (ACCR) credential must be applied for within thirty (30) days of hire. Employees can work while in pending status. Grace periods will be adjusted in accordance with DOH requirements.
- Due to current processing delays at the Department of Health (approximately four [4] months), the credential is not required to be obtained within ninety (90) days, provided that the application was submitted in a timely and complete manner. The credential must be obtained upon issuance by the Department of Health. Individuals can practice under their NAR and complete NAR duties while waiting for active AACR, with proof of submission to DOH.

Position Summary
The Central Service Technician works as a team member and is responsible for providing support to the total health care team at MultiCare Health System by cleaning, sterilizing, and packaging instruments, maintaining inventory, and transporting supplies and equipment. Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $26.67 - $44.05 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
