*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental assisting, with expertise in chairside support, patient care, and clinical procedures. *Duties*
* Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric treatments with precision and professionalism.
* Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary equipment such as 3D scanners and X-ray machines, and ensuring all supplies are stocked.
* Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper image quality.
* Manage patient records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft while maintaining HIPAA compliance for patient privacy.
* Provide chairside assistance by handling dental instruments, managing suction devices, and supporting four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency.
* Monitor vital signs and assist in medical imaging procedures when necessary to support overall patient health assessments.
* Maintain strict infection control standards through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures to uphold safety standards within the clinic.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a fast-paced clinical environment with knowledge of general dentistry procedures.

* Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques.

*Compensation*
Neurobloom uses a flexible fee-for-service compensation model designed to give therapists meaningful control over their caseload, schedule, and overall workload.
* Therapists may choose to maintain a smaller or larger caseload based on their preferred workload, schedule, and professional goals. A larger caseload provides the opportunity for greater annual earnings, while a smaller caseload allows for a reduced workload and greater flexibility.
* Neurobloom maintains a sliding-scale budget to increase access to services for families who may not be able to afford our standard rates. Therapists may choose to offer services at a reduced rate through this program while still receiving their standard compensation for the session.

Summary: Perform General Diagnostic Radiography exams in both an inpatient and outpatient level III trauma setting. Responsible for obtaining the highest quality radiological exams under the direct or indirect supervision of a radiologist per established Inland Imaging guidelines and protocols.

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is the official athletic training provider for the Federal Way School District, and we are seeking a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer to join our dynamic team and serve Todd Beamer High School and our Federal Way clinic.
The ATC will provide comprehensive athletic training services for an assigned high school throughout the school year, including, but not limited to, attending games and practices, providing training room treatment for injuries, developing preventive programs to minimize sports-related injuries, and managing emergencies involving student-athlete injuries. Communicate injuries and treatment plans to coaches, athletes, parents, and team physicians. Complete a thorough and accurate athletic injury evaluation and provide first aid and immediate care for acute injuries. Assess, develop, implement, and oversee appropriate rehabilitation and return-to-play programs for athletes' concussion screening.
The Athletic Trainer will attend all practices and games, including traveling with the team to away games, community events, state championships, parks & rec league sports, and signature events such as the Tacoma City Marathon, Sound to Narrows, and Hoopfest.

The Integrated Mental Health Therapist (IMHT) works within a multidisciplinary team embedded in the primary care clinic and utilizes the Collaborative Care model of care. This team includes the IMHT, Psychiatric Consultant, & Primary Care Provider to provide comprehensive behavioral health services within the primary care setting. IMHT will provide evidence-based interventions, in partnership with the treatment team, to promote symptom reduction and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assesses patient’s symptoms and create customized treatment plan based on individual patient needs
- Screens patients for common behavioral health disorders using PHQ9, GAD7, Columbia Suicide Risk Assessment, or other tools as required.
- Monitors patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects/complications, with a goal of reduction in symptoms.
- Supports psychotropic medication management prescribed by PCPs, focusing on treatment adherence, side effects and other complications, and treatment effectiveness.
- Tracks patient follow-up and clinical outcomes using a registry, and uses the system to identify and re-engage patients
- Facilitates care plan changes for patients who are not improving, including changes in medications or psychosocial treatments or appropriate referrals for additional services.
- Manages behavioral health crisis as they arise in a primary care setting.
- Provides flexible behavioral health services to patients on and off current caseload, both through scheduled appointments and immediate interventions via warm handoffs during medical visits with primary care providers.

Position Summary
The Licensed Integrated Mental Health Therapist-BHN is responsible for independently providing assessments, treatment/care planning and psychosocial therapy within a primary care clinic setting for a diverse population of preventative, acute care and chronic disease management patients. The incumbent uses a variety of theoretical treatment models and interventions and excellent communication skills to work within a primary care/chronic disease management team setting with limited supervision; documents treatment/communication in keeping with department standards and keeps current on community resources to effectively provide linkage and advocacy to fulfill client’s needs.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- A Mental Health Professional as defined within HB 1724 one of these higher credentials are held: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), SW Independent Clinical Lic (LICSW)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting
