Responsibilities
- You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
- You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
- Certification in specialty area preferred
- One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred

- Conduct general security in the protection of people and property and the enforcement of all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
- Deter criminal activity and misconduct utilizing tactical techniques.
- Utilize Management of Aggressive Behavior skills both verbally and physically as required.

Position Summary
The Lab Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the laboratory courier team. - Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics, deliveries, and courier-related inquiries. Address and resolve any logistical issues or customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of courier vehicles, ensuring they are operational, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
- You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
- Certification in specialty area preferred
- One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $48.15 - $90.83 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. Position Summary
The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) functions independently when utilizing the nursing process and is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, evaluating and delegating nursing functions across the lifespan. - Utilizes the nursing process as a systematic problem-solving approach to nursing care, facilitating an optimal level of functioning and health for the patient.
- Independently triages patients in person, via telephone and secure messages, utilizing protocols, guidelines, and standards.
- Uses critical thinking skills in making decisions regarding patient care, which includes knowledge and integration of relevant standards, resources, and data.
- Uses assessment and analysis skills in delivering medical regimens as directed by physicians and APPs.
- Delegates selected patient care functions to others in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
- Collaborates with the clinic team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and stewardship.
- Fosters a learning environment for patients, families, and all members of the health care team.
- Advocates for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Advanced Life Support certification may be required after hire, depending on assigned clinic site
- Two years of experience as a RN - in a clinic setting preferred
- Candidates with less than two years' experience may be considered for Transition to Practice Program
