Minimum Education Requirement:

Job Summary:
This role provides direct, one-on-one wraparound support to newly hired and existing frontline teammates, helping them address barriers that impact employment stability, job success, and long-term retention. The Teammate Success Coach connects individuals to internal and external resources, essential skill development, and support services that promote overall well-being. In addition, this role assists teammates in exploring career development opportunities and setting employment or career goals as appropriate.

Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center
Aurora Sinai Medical Center
Aurora West Allis Medical Center
Work Experience:
Typically requires 2 years of experience in coordinating community or corporate training programs, showing demonstrated success in Workforce Development, Human Resources, public and private entities, schools and/or churches.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities needed for Success:
Demonstrated knowledge of barrier reduction strategies, wraparound services, community resources, and essential skills development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with teammates from diverse backgrounds
Ability to assess needs, identify barriers, and connect teammates to appropriate internal and external supports
Familiarity with crisis response or high-barrier situations and the ability to provide timely resource navigation
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage an active caseload
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a supportive, team-focused environment
High proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, and other technology platforms
Ability to guide teammates in exploring career development options and setting career or employment goals when appropriate
Major Responsibilities
Provides one-on-one support to help teammates address personal, financial, transportation, childcare, and other barriers that may impact job success or retention
Maintains consistent contact with an active and rotating caseload, conducting regular coaching sessions both in-person and virtually
Assesses needs and develops individualized support plans focused on stability, essential skills, and wraparound services
Responds to emergent or crisis situations and connects teammates to internal or external resources for timely resolution
Allocates available wraparound and financial support services to help teammates overcome immediate barriers
Maintains accurate and timely case documentation, tracking coaching interactions, supports provided, and progress
Partners with site leaders to identify teammate needs, coordinate support, and remove barriers impacting job stability
Supports onboarding and orientation for teammates entering workforce development programs or upskilling initiatives
Provides teammates with information about internal development opportunities, educational assistance, and work-based learning programs. Supports teammates in exploring career pathways and setting longer-term career or employment goals as appropriate
Assists with workforce development programs, events, and initiatives in collaboration with the Workforce Development team
Promotes a culture of inclusion, respect, and opportunity for teammates from diverse backgrounds

$54.90 - $82.35Major Responsibilities:
- Accounting Operations Management: Manages all accounting operations, including general ledger management, cash accounting and analytics, investments, insurance, grants and endowments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and fringe benefits, fixed assets and leasing, and the financial close processes. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions, reconciliations and reports.
- Cash Accounting Applications & Treasury Support: Manages the cash accounting applications and analytics systems/processes, bank reconciliations and the accounting team’s support of the enterprise treasury operations.
- Ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed to support the enterprise liquidity, debt management, and investment strategies.
- Financial Reporting: Manages the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyses and reconciliations in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), applicable regulatory standards and internal control policies. Ensure that financial reporting reflects the organization’s true financial position.
- Internal Controls: Manages team on continuously developing and improving robust internal controls to safeguard
organizational assets, ensure compliance with GAAP, laws and regulations (including HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley as applicable), and prevent fraud or errors. Partner with the Internal Audit and ICFR teams to conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of controls.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting, tax, and health care regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid rules, IRS regulations, and other critical standards.
- Process Optimization: Manages team process improvements, automation initiatives, standardization and system

- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and promote professional growth through coaching, training, and succession planning.
- Recommend all teammate compensation changes, resolution plans of teammate concerns, corrective action plans and terminations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate historical data, trend analysis, and insightful financial perspectives.
- Audit Management: Manage annual external audits and internal audit reviews. Serve as a liaison to auditors, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of required documentation and swiftly addressing audit findings.

The Cardiac ICU (CICU) provides high-acuity, specialized care for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, including severe heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, cardiac arrest, STEMI, and pre- and post-heart transplant management. Our nurses are highly skilled in caring for critically ill patients and managing advanced therapies and technologies, including CRRT, IABP, Impella, LVADs, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring with pulmonary artery catheters.
Education:
Associate Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required)
Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred)
Certification/Licensure
Virginia RN License Virginia or Compact/Multi-State Eligible.
All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.
Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire
Experience

Overview
The Senior Echocardiographer is responsible for performing and analyzing advanced echocardiographic procedures, including transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiography, to assess cardiac function and pathology. They collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide accurate diagnostic information, mentor junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of echocardiographic techniques, equipment, and industry standards while adhering to safety protocols and ethical guidelines. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for training staff, managing schedules, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Performs two-dimensional echocardiograms, Doppler echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms, exercise and pharmacological stress echocardiograms to evaluate heart and vessel abnormalities for the evaluation of heart disease and blood flow abnormalities. Completes the technologist report in the structured report application. Provides leadership to support department with respect to staffing schedule, accreditation, staff education or other duties as defined by management. Supports Cardiac Operating Room Echocardiogram needs.
Unit has 5 rooms for Echos. Echocardiographer will perform Echo and Stress Echo tests, Transesophageal (TEE) Echocardiogram, and Doppler ultrasound. Echocardiographer will work in Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab, EP and Cath Lab, OR, ICU and will also work with patients at the bedside.
Education
- Graduate of an accredited echocardiography program (or equivalent education) in accordance with IAC Guidelines (required)
- Associate Level Degree (required)
Certification/Licensure
- Must have at least one of the four certifications: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Advanced Cardiac Sonographer
- BLS (Required within 90 days)

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a physician practice or clinic supports providers and registered nurses in delivering direct patient care in the ambulatory setting. MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program leading to LPN/LVN eligibility is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in an ambulatory or physician practice setting is preferred.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
One to two years of nursing experience is preferred, ideally in an ambulatory or outpatient setting. New graduates of an accredited practical nursing program may be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIRED CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE
Current, unencumbered state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license is required. Successful completion of the NCLEX-PN examination is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
MINIMUM REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Skilled in ambulatory nursing care within the LPN scope. Accurate vital sign measurement, medication and immunization administration, and specimen collection. Ability to room patients, prepare rooms, and assist with office procedures. Strong patient education and clear communication. Efficient support of patient flow in a busy clinic. Comfort documenting in the electronic health record and using clinical messaging tools. Ability to guide medical assistants and aides. Dependable follow-through within scope.
