Pay Range:
$18.85 - $28.30Major Responsibilities:- Receives diet changes throughout the day, i.e. diet orders, patient admissions, cancellations, transfers, special physician or dietitian orders such as tube feedings and supplements, requests for late trays and diet instructions.
- Checks menus for completeness and accuracy; refers problems to the Dietitian.
- Answers room service phone and obtains meal selections from patients based on current diet order.
- Prints off tube feedings and nourishment labels; checks labels for accuracy.
- Maintains department files. Enters all supplements, tube feedings, snacks, other food allergies and patient preferences into the card file.
- Accurately performs duties or answers questions regarding dietary procedures, nutrition services procedures, write-ins, foods allowed on all modified diets, guest tray procedures, isolation procedures etc.
- Prepares food production reports. Prints off missed meals and tray counts.
- Inventories and orders supplies/forms or communicates need for supplies to the Manager, Supervisor or Lead.
- Operates a cash register and completes cash handling functions.

Major Responsibilities
- Manage ASHRAE 188–compliant water management programs, including policy enforcement and administrative documentation using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Provide direct support for regulatory surveys, including inspector interviews, documentation retrieval, and site visits to demonstrate compliance with water management requirements.
- Coordinate bacterial testing and response protocols enterprise-wide to ensure records are maintained and corrective actions are executed in accordance with organizational policy and best practices.
- Compile and analyze water chemistry and biological testing results for cooling towers, boilers, and closed-loop systems to ensure alignment with performance standards.
- Monitor operations and state-mandated compliance testing for domestic water supplemental disinfection systems.
- Maintain site policies, safety documentation, and task records within digital management platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure accountability, including scheduling, billing oversight, and facilitation of stakeholder meetings for planning and communication.
- Track and analyze water meter data to identify trends and support water conservation and energy-efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare written and verbal reports summarizing compliance metrics, testing results, and trends for quarterly safety and business reviews.
- Travel to enterprise sites (approximately 10% of workdays) across Wisconsin, Illinois, North Carolina, and Georgia to conduct onsite water system walkthroughs and assessments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field.
Licensure / Certification
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management and database management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience conducting data analysis and interpretation, including development of graphical reports for large datasets.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic, algebra, and water engineering calculations (e.g., concentrations, dosages, volumes).
- Basic knowledge of analytical chemistry and biological culture analysis.
- Strong data interpretation skills and ability to determine best practices based on technical information and trends.

Preferred Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in microbiology, biochemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
Certifications
- ASSE/IAPMO 12080 Certified Legionella Safety Personnel (or obtained within one year of hire).
- Certified non-transient, non-community public water supply operator in Wisconsin and Illinois.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, database management, and analytical chemistry or microbiological analysis.
- 2–5 years of experience developing and administering ASHRAE 188–compliant water management programs in healthcare.
- 2–5 years of experience with chemical water treatment for boilers, cooling towers, and closed-loop systems.
- Experience interpreting industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE 188, CMS Memo 17-30, AAMI 108, AWWA C651, Clean Water Act).
- Experience designing, operating, or evaluating supplemental water disinfection systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to interpret and communicate regulatory language and complex technical information.
- Knowledge of building plumbing design and mechanical water systems, including ability to read plumbing diagrams.
- Understanding of water chemistry principles and microbiological processes.
- Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing clinical, educational, research and administrative support for the implantable device program. The position coordinates the interrogation of implantable devices which includes device data acquired during onsite device interrogations as well as data that a patient may submit from home to an Internet housed database. The role includes a research component for ongoing studies and maintenance of several databases.
Essential Functions
- Meet with patients in clinic during routine follow-up appointments as well as in emergent situations. This includes before and after implant procedures to ensure that patient devices are programmed and functioning at optimal levels and that all patient/parent questions are answered.
- Respond to phone calls from patients, physicians, and vendors. Serve as a liaison between vendors and physicians and be available during procedures to answer questions from these groups.
- Compare baseline EKG data with non-device dependent EKG, review and analyze the data and summarize information for the physician. Work with physician to optimize device settings based on those findings and enter findings into device database. Partner with physicians to screen for device complications. Reprogram device as indicated.
- Commitment to continuing education in implantable device procedures and processes offered by vendors.
- Maintain device databases. Update past/present device and lead information, patient demographics, diagnosis, implanting physician and other pertinent information. Generate and screen device reports and provide information to physicians. Schedule remote device checks that are completed and transmitted remotely.
- Patient needs. Patient education regarding devices, coordinate device implants, enroll patients in remote monitoring, field calls for device related issues from patients, parents, device companies, outside nurses, physician, and dentists inquiring about patient devices.
- Assist with physician needs during implantation of devices: preparing/coordinating data, testing leads, collecting printed data from leads. Based on data received from testing, program device at optimal settings before patient leaves EP lab.
- Clinic coordination. Maintains pacemaker-related equipment by scheduling service times with programmers, and order supplies. Create call schedule for coverage. Maintain 'advisory and recalled' database from device companies. Assist with Outreach Pacemaker Clinics.
- Educate fellows, NP/PAs, and other staff on the utility of implantable devices, the intricacies of the interrogated device data, and the role these devices play in the management of arrhythmia patients.
- Research activities. Coordinate EP-related studies and research projects including consents from patients/parents, education on procedures for studies, and fielding phone calls. Work with Principal Investigator (PI) to collect data for EP-related studies. Collect data and prepare reports for monthly QA and other department meetings.

3CD is a 23 bed post-op surgical unit with 15 beds for Tele Patients. 75% of patients are admitted from PACU or as stepdown from Surgical ICU. This is a fast-paced, high acuity surgical unit specializing in Gastroenterology, Urology, Gynecology, and Plastic Surgery populations. This is a great unit for experienced Med-Surg nurses seeking to advance their skills and grow in their practice. It is also a great foundational unit for new graduate nurses who seek to eventually develop into more advanced clinical settings, such as ICU, ED, OR, and NP. We are a strong performing inpatient unit as measured by their Nurse Sensitive Indicators and Patient Experience scores. 3CD team members are committed to excellent clinical practice and patient outcomes. Shared Governance is an essential part of the culture on the unit, where nurses and nursing assistants have a strong voice in the daily operations. 3CD received top tier team member engagement scores in 2021.

9ST is a 48 bed Adult Moderate Acuity Cardiovascular Surgical unit. Working closely with the CVICU, we provide care to those patients needing specialty services before and after their heart surgery, heart transplant and/or ventricular assist device (VAD). Orientation to our unit is completed in two phases. Phase one focuses on the care of the cardiac surgical patient with phase 2 centering on the more complex needs of the heart transplant, ultrafiltration or VAD patient. Ensuring that our patients always receive care from the most professionally trained nurse we. 9ST is proud of our quality and patient satisfaction scores. Cancer Care service line - our technicians compound chemotherapy and non-oncology indication IV medications as well. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently throughout the workday.
- Must be able to:
- lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist.
- lift up to 20 lbs. over the head.
- carry up to 40 lbs. a reasonable distance.
- Must be able to:
- push/pull with 30 lbs. of force.
- perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs. with a second person present.
- Position requires use of foot pedals on carts or machines.
- May be exposed to chemical and hazardous waste as well as blood and body fluids and communicable disease. Therefore, protective clothing and equipment must be worn as necessary.
- Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch with ability to use fine hand manipulation skills for IV insertion and other procedures/functions.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
