Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, maintain a safe environment, and assist with activities of daily living.
- Communication: Relay messages, answer phones, and maintain records.
- Patient Information & Documentation: Record vital signs, fluid intake/output, and patient data. Collect specimens.
- Patient Dietary Assistance: Prepare, assist, and document patient meals.
- Patient Transfer/Discharge: Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Provide patient mobility support.
- Patient Environment: Maintain unit cleanliness, manage supplies and equipment, and inspect patient charts.

Major Responsibilities:
- Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.

This position is seeking board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (ACNP) or Physician Assistants (PA). Experience in an ICU / Pulmonary medicine as an ACP, or a post grad ICU fellowship is preferred for application. ACP will work in collaboration with a group of critical care / pulmonary physicians and ACPs providing and coordinating care for critically ill patients in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Duties will include: Inpatient (admission directly from the emergency department, outside hospitals or floor) management of patients that are hemodynamically complex, respiratory-compromised, and critically ill with multiple comorbidities. Outpatient (Clinic follow up / new patients with acute and chronic lung disease) management of medications and ordering and interpreting diagnostic test. Experience with procedures (central line placement, arterial line placement, Lumbar puncture, chest tube placement, thoracentesis and intubation) are preferred but not required.

Major Responsibilities:
Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems and documents tasks through the computerized maintenance system.
Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed.
Operates and monitors and maintains basic Utility System Infrastructure.
Assist in maintaining fire alarm and fire protection systems.
Supports the installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision.
Maintains preventive maintenance records and equipment repair files for compliance.
Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and maintenance manuals to gain knowledge needed to complete assignments.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of technical training.
Valid Driver’s License
Education Required:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience Required:
2-4 Years of Experience in relatable industrial/trades maintenance or operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures.
Intermediate level computer skills in using systems such as CMMS, Microsoft Office, Building Automation Systems.
Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal oversight with intermediate level technical skills in facility maintenance.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Works required shifts and participates in on-call duty to provide 24/7 coverage.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, crawl, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently throughout the workday.
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. from floor to overhead, lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to chest-level, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at waist height a reasonable distance.
Must be able to push/pull with 50 lbs. of force.
Exposure to electrical and mechanical hazards and therefore knowledge of safety precautions.
Position requires travel. May be exposed to road/weather hazards.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Recognized community college/tech school trade certificate experience or completion of a recognized community college program.
Trade/Tech School Trades Certificate or trades or industry recognized certification/license requiring Continuing Education Units or periodic renewal to maintain.

Position: Facilities Resource Specialist II - supporting Training and Support Manager

This role will support the Training & Development Manager and learning initiatives across all Facilities Services teams. While primarily an administrative role, this position is ideal for someone passionate about employee development and continuous learning. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SharePoint, training coordination, or educational technologies is highly valued. Candidates with experience in learning experience design, or a strong interest in developing those skills, will find unique opportunities to contribute to programs that help teammates learn, grow, and advance their careers.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides technical and administrative support to the Facilities department(s), requiring competency using computerized maintenance management systems, computer systems maintaining facility drawings and plans, learning management systems, capital management, and all other applicable systems and programs utilized to support Facilities operations.
- Serves as departmental Asset Inventory Professional (AIP) for department/facility, providing teammates and leadership as local super-user of computerized maintenance management systems, which includes creating work orders, tracking work orders, and preparing routine and ad hoc reporting. This includes monitoring analytics provided by the CMMS system, looking for trends and reporting to leadership, and supporting the department by following up on customer survey activity.
- Support departmental capital projects by managing budgets in Workday, partnering with Project Assistants for purchase orders and invoicing, and collecting and submitting project closeout information.
- Maintains departmental procedures for maintenance, repair and work activities. In coordination with the Facilities CMMS team, advises, and updates management, and other staff on process and preventive maintenance changes. Maintains department documentation including current workflows, requirements, functional specifications, installation instructions, test procedures, user manuals, procedures and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Delivers department level training on updated policies, procedures, and safety-related material.
- Any additional responsibilities as assigned, including those required of the Facilities Resource Specialist I role.

- Minimum of two years of experience.

What You'll Need:
Successful completion of two year college program for Physical Therapy Assistants approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Current license in the State of North Carolina to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association
What You'll Do:
Carries out physical therapy programs as planned and directed by the physical therapist in clinical and research applications. This involves training patients in exercises, ambulation, and activities of daily living.
Collects clinical assessment scores, radiographic scores and assessments, and health related quality of life information.
Performs a wide range of tests and evaluations in a clinical or research setting. This involves evaluation of developmental levels and functions, gross and fine motor skills, neurological-reflex testing, equilibrium, coordination, protective responses, muscle strength, muscle tone, joint range of motion, daily living skills and activities, and perceptual motor skills and defects. Screens for orthopedic and physical defects, genetic anomalies, or idiopathic.
Maintains supplies and equipment.
Assists with research protocol and treatment development; ensures quality control of data. Develops and writes educational materials.
Participates in staff meetings, forums, committees, and in-service training activities.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
